I asked to test a skate board to see how it rides with my dog, the guy told me it was against policy. Well they turned down my money so I ended up getting what I wanted on Craigslist cheaper anyways. Update: I went back to the store, I tried to purchase the board anyway with out riding. I was haggling with the employee that Ive done positive business with before. Well while he was checking the computer to see what price we could agree on, some manager I havent seen before came up and started arguing with me about me leaving a poor review. this grown man who is supposed to be a manager argued with me like a child. He was worried I would leave another bad review if he sold me the board. He just wouldnt budge even as I explained to him very calmly as he was getting worked up, that if this was a good transaction I would change my review that was positive, but he just wouldnt hear it so I left. Summary: Its so crazy this used to be my favorite pawn shop I have literally spent thousands of dollars there and recommended people to go there all the time, yet because people want to be so petty the lost a valued customer. Pawned a gun here and picked it up two days past the due date and they charged me an extra ten dollars. I did business with these people a couples times a month and just recently bought an imac from them as well! The lady didnt seem to care and came back with a smart remark saying "all the info is in your contract"... thats fine lady, you just lost a good customer and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to go to another pawn shop. Also, the place is falling apart, even the worker there said so. The floor was FLOODED with water. I wouldnt buy anything from here if this is how they take care of their store. Never again fOr me, thats for SURE! Edit- in response to there response to my review. Two of the workers at the time said this is not the 1st nor the 2nd time theyve had flooding issues. Also you will not earn my business back, if you wanted my business you would have done the right thing and reversed that extra $10 you charged me! I shopped and did business with them multiple times a month...not anymore...ever...again. Such poor excuses lol
