I usually find great clothing items and great prices. *** Update: I brought my five stars down to 3 due to this being my second customer service issue shopping at this store. First issue was when Ive had a security tag left by the cashier on an expensive "premium" item. I came back without receipt because I only noticed it the first time I was going to wear it a week or so later. They said they couldnt take it off because I didnt have a receipt. There was no way I could have walked out with that huge thick jacket without being noticed. So after some conversation on it all they finally did it and said it was a one time courtesy. Thank you for that! BUT the real issue was when I bought a practical white purse with my hard earned coin and used it the next day. I noticed that the black trim was leaving stains on the white purse in exact areas where the handle fell. Tried getting a refund on my forever 21 card since I will be shopping there again. They said they couldnt do refund or exchange. So Im stuck with a purse that has a design flaw!? This isnt the managers fault neither mine, but for them to say that this is part of store policy without some kind of compensation as a result makes me question if I want to shop here again. Forever 21 needs to make some changes to their return policy if this is the case. Anywhere else Ive shopped usually takes back any item that has the receipt and tags. I had both but the prob was my tags werent attached. Dont they have tag guns to do that? Hmmmm. I shop there alot because its the closest forever 21. I dont have any problems with anyone there. The store normally has a good selection of clothing but in the summer it seems too tweeny mainly consisting of crop tops, tshirt, short shorts. All dresses get too short and arent for women with curves. Sometimes I find great finds for work but never during the summer. Ive gone to other locations where they carry a lot more in stock and more variety in styles for different age groups. I know they target 21 yr olds but lately seems more targeted to the tween and teenager market.

By far the cleanest F21 Ive been to, however Im not really familiar with this area to know if its new or not. The things I needed today was easy to find so shopping was easy and quick. BUT no one speaks to greet you when you walk into the store. There was absolutely no customer service until I walked up to the register and even then the workers had blank looks on their faces. The guy who checked me out finally greeted me. (not when I passed them 2-3 times but when I was at his register.

This particular store is awesome because everything is actually organized and you can find things easily. Most stores do not have similar clothes together, everything is always all over the place and if you go in looking for something specific, you probably wont find it. This store is different because everything is together and you can find things in your size more easily.

The workers talk bad about the customers. If youre overweight youre automatically the worst person there. The clothes are paper thin and will fall apart quickly, especially for how much they actually want for them. Yes they had a decent sized plus sized department when you look at it, but its spread apart and what they actually have is not much.

I called to ask about an item. No one ever picked up the phone. Ive been calling all morning so I could avoid the drive. I also called the FL Mall store and they didnt have the item I was looking for, nor could they tell me if the Centerview location had it due to it being "in a different area". Ill take my business somewhere else.

I didnt think forever 21 could get any cheaper. I tried on a shirt and the quality was as if i made the shirt myself out of paper. It also smelled weird
