Nothing good I went to exchange a pair of shoes like 6 months a go at 7pm I did not have notices that they were different sizes ! because I did not have the chance to wear yet & unnafortanely my receipt got lost I explain the Mg a black man in his 40s not friendly refuses to do any refund then in front me check the shoes blamed me that I used them too much!? then he agree with cashier not even look at me that she can do a gift card but she needs to trash them to the garbage in front me so that attitude maked me to do not want anything from that empty store carry those deffected shoes that it is not my fault..is that RIGHT??

I love shopping at Ross due to the pricing of their clothing....but checking out at all stores is the biggest problem! I came in late night to get a pair of pants and stepped into a line of 20 people to check out! They only had two registers opened up at the moment and the line hadnt moved but 1 individual every 8 minutes!! Im a local resident of Orlando and this for me puts a bad wrap on this specific location for me and its the closest to my job and home! I left without purchasing anything and put the pants I was going to buy back! Dont believe I would even attempt to go back at this location

Bom lugar para encontrar roupas baratas... Procurando bem achamos roupas de marca por um preço bem abaixo cobra pela loja original... As outras de marcas desconhecidas é necessário escolher pois algumas estragam rápido...

This is a new store and have only been open for a short time now. The location is fine but the people working there are not so nice or helpful. The black female (manager) was very rude and have a bad attitude. Will not spend my hard earned money here nor would i recommend this location to others.
