I am here from out of state using my jcp credit card. I did not have a coupon but knew about the 20% off with card purchase. They would not let me have the discount without the coupon. They said I could show them the coupon on my smart phone and they would honor that. I do not have a smart phone. I felt like I was being penalized for not having a smart phone. Needless to say I did not get the discount . Why have the jcp card if there are no benefits.

I had s bad experience in the hair salon, they blistered my scalp after coloring to match my natural red. & at checkout they ask you even before you get get your checkbook out. How much can I add for s Tip. So wrong they really force sale , Turn off ! Wont be back,
