Very poorly organized and messy. This is probably the worst Nordstrom rack I have been to. They lack professionalism and cleanliness. Usually shoes and clothes are thrown around the store and nobody could care less to keep the store tidy. Very rarely do I find anything decent.

I spent some time there yesterday, my 3 visit in4 months. I received great customer service while looking for mens suits and sport jackets. Great selection, great service, great prices. Isnt that what Nordstrom is about?
