Recently shopped at this store. Gave the clerk a $20 bill for an $8 purchase. She gave me change for a $10. I am positive what I gave her. She counted the drawer and claimed it was correct. I was furious. In hindsight, I realized someone else should have counted her drawer. I asked for the owners phone number. Called the number given and left a message. Never received a call back and its been a month. I already had reservations about the store. Have tried to sell name brand items that were new with tags still on them and returned a couple unworn pieces that I actually bought at their store that were rejected too. Really???!!! Needless to say, I will never shop there again nor refer anyone!

Clothing selection is overpriced and many of their items are extremely dated. I brought in a gently used bag of clothing that was purchased within the past two months, and was offered $15. What they purchase from you and offer seems to vary by the age and experience of clerk. Jacket selection prices are just under what Burlington Coat Factory charges. They listed a Coach purse for over $100 when its over three years old and previously sold at the Coach Outlet for $75. They are in serious need of going through every item on the racks and purging what is ripped, stained, dated, and dysfunctional. I will never shop here again.

Dont shop here they have a 7 day return policy which is stupid. The clothes are way over priced. I went in looking for maternity clothes a used pair of H & M jeans $14.00 I can get a brand new pair at target for $2.00 more this store is the worst and so is the customer service I dont have to give a phone number for a return

I love it here! I usually find something everytime I come. They always have items on clearance. Ive purchased a few really great pairs of gently worn pumps from here. They have a really nice purse and jewelry selection, and everything is neat and organized so its easy to shop for what your looking for.

Probably my favorite place to shop. Not only is the staff always super courteous and friendly, but the clothing selection is fantastic. Not only are the clothes reasonably priced for the quality, but theyre organized by color AND size which is awesome for a consignment shop. Highly recommend.

It sucked .i brought in a lot of nice clothes . i was ignored. And because i spoke up .they only offered me 2$ for my items .there were true religoioin jeans and 300$ shoes in basjet .never worn .it took an hour and a half.smh
