I gave this two stars instead of one because of the decent service my one visit. However, this is never the case. The majority of the staff are very incompetent. They provide very poor service and usually just ignore you altogether. Having shopped at numerous Nordstroms, this one is probably the worst I have been to. Having family who work for Nordstroms and have been to this one, they are also not keen on the very poor service and atmosphere this Nordstroms offers. Sadly it lacks the reputation Nordstroms built over the years. Impeccable customer service is key to ensuring return customers. The entire store would benefit from either learning how to properly treat customers, or overhauling the majority of the staff. There are plenty of people ready to sell and provide great customer service.

I have notified the store and the mall management repeatedly for over a year that there are major handicap accessibility issues at their entrance. Nothing has been repaired. If youre in a wheelchair trying to get into the store, hope youre not in a transport chair with just small wheels or youll be spilled from your chair trying to get up the curb cuts or through the threshold of the door that opens via handicap button. If youre in a standard wheelchair, go backwards over these obstacles to prevent getting spilled from your chair or badly jarred. Able-bodied folks, watch out for those with walkers/canes, these are tripping hazards they may not notice. Once inside, there arent any major barriers that Ive noted, so if they fix those issues Ill give more stars.

Went in for a bra fitting and Kate G was amazing! Wearing the right size for the first time in my life at 31 years old! I was in a 40D and needed a 36H. Kate was extremely knowledgeable and fast. She had a great selection of cute, supportive, and comfortable bras in an H cup - most places dont even carry this size. The bras she found were sexy and functional. She gave great advice about how to keep them in good shape and was helpful in finding matching undies in the cut and style I requested. Great experience and worth every penny. Go see Kate G in the lingerie department to get a professional fitting.

Im not here to say how successful I am to shop here because I do have people that can afford this place but I am very much down to earth and I understand people that cant afford places like this. But I do have to say this is one of my favorite stores next to Saks the clothing lasts for a very long time its still looks new after 1 year. Its worth every penny to shop in this place and Northstorms. The people that shop who knows exactly what Im talking about its not about being big deals its about quality sell to all of and everybody to People cant afford this A stab Lish meant God bless us

I used to love Nordstorm at this location but I feel that the service has been deteriorating in the past couple of months. Some of the Staff at the cosmetics and parfums seem very impatient. When you are thinking Of spending 200$ on bottle of moisturizer it is only fair to think things through, there is nothing wrong in it - but the staff there will make you feel otherwise. After all its not their money. I hope this review will catch the eye of the manager and things will get better after that.

Everything about Nordstrom is sensational! I have a beloved sales assistant In Beachwood, Ohio who keeps things for me and continues to send me clothes now that I have moved away. They are usually on sale or reasonably priced and look great. When I have ordered clothes on-line, returns are easy. If I want to order a shoe on line, I can have them send two sizes and return the one which doesnt fit as well. The brands they sell suit my style, age and figure.

had some issues with the perfume dept. Management cleared it up and I am happy. Nordtstroms really cares and comes through to make customers happy and to right their wrongs. In general, everytime I shop here the customer service and attention is always top notch. As a side note, I love eating at their 6th & pine cafe on the top floor! Always fantastic food and wonderful servers there too!!

Exact opposite experience of" Jennifer"! I purchased shoes months ago for my wedding and did not end up wearing them and the friendly staff allowed me to return (with reciept of course) for the full purchase price even though the credit card I used had been stolen&subsequently cancelled (they simply put it back on my new card). Always friendly and proffesional.

Holy cow is this place far away from the bathrooms, Macklemore once said "$50 dollars for a t-shirt now thats some... Inappropriate spending habits. Of course if you have the wallet for this type of clothing you will find a friendly staff, and a wide selection.

I love this place every time I go I never have any kind of problem of any kind if party-dinner or just me taking a load off n go into relaxation in there fine quality cloth they use. Even if its leather, they got it. Its pricey, but remember you get what pay for

Granted, it was the day after Xmas, but I encountered rude, impatient, and ill-informed staff in the womens shoes department. Wont be shopping in that dept. again. Why bother, when I can find the same or better online at so many other retailers?

big selection, nice selection. Some clerks are snobby, which I dont understand, youre working in retail, but overall pretty nice store! I just wish they had a big and tall mens shop.
