I absolutely love this store, I mean it always has what Im looking for. I dislike that they no longer have a shoe department but I guess with changing times they must change too. They could stand to have more registers up and running during hours where they know people will be in there shopping. The layaway program is great, because it seems you will go in with one set find to look for and end up finding thing you never knew you wanted but need and love. I have decorated 2 full rooms of my home with items from this location.

I went to the Burlington in Mentor and the store was so unorganized, there were no assistants available to help me find what I was looking for and I was treated very poorly as a customer when I had to return a pair of shoes that was the wrong size in the wrong box--But when I went to the Burlington in Euclid, the shopping experience was so pleasant and the selection was fantastic!!! I will only shop at the Euclid location from now on!

The prices are always affordable. And they have Layaway. Be sure to read the fine print because you only get a gift card for cancelation of layaways. Which I found out the hard way. But The manager was nice enough to refund me the cash since it wasnt clarified to me when returning some items back.

Very unorganized. I can never find clothing in the right sizes because there all over the place. Customer service sucks. I only go here to buy coats and shoes! Such a disappointment. Id rather go to a thrift store and shop at least they are neat n organized. Lol

AMAZING prices. This place has some of the best deals. You can expect some of the stores to be messy though, have extremely long lines and little to no customer service. Honestly though, finding designer brands at dollar store prices makes it well worth it!

not to much to say about this one dont have alot of big and tall man clothes and not much of nothing else go to the burlington coat factory in the steelyard its 100% better and have everthing you and your family looking for

Went for school shopping. They had a nice selection if clothing, poor selection of childrens shoes and no shopping carts left. I was able to get pretty much everything I needed except for shoes. Nice staff, clean store.

Great place for great value items. E.g. Calvin Klein shirts for $20, down from about $50 if you went to mens wearhouse. Also has good selection of household items and, of course, a great selection of coats!
