I was just here and had a gift card!! I checked the balance before I left the house and when I went to use it the girl tried to tell me there wasnt anything on it!! And kept it. I told her I checked the balance at home before I left and I know there was money. She finally got it to work. I think she was going to use the amount for herself. I will never go back in that store.... this is why I shop online.

I just called to see if they honored the coupon on line that expires on today 4-25-16. She said "No, I was told that was over yesterday". I told her that the coupon says Valid: Now-April25, 2016 - Now she sounds as if she has an attitude! Really? Im just trying to spend my money at your store that pays you to know whats going on where YOU WORK! #CustomerServiceSucks Not sure if Ill ever go back!

Overall, very good presentation and quality in preparation of each item Ive had there. The sandwiches are quite excellent, such as the baguette sandwiches. The deserts are really very good too, and considering I never get desert in 99% of the places I go, this is saying something. Great place for a lunch during the weekend, etc.

The clothes are nice. The female store associates are RUDE. They get an F in customer service, they do not know their own company policies regarding their credit accounts. They suck. Not helpful not willing to assist and I dont think they like people of different nationalities. Very, Very, disappointed.

Their clothing is a little pricey but when the sales hit, I love going there! They have very fancy business wear, and the dresses are my favorite!
