Very rude workers. Unprofessional, are are clearly untrained in providing good customer service. Workers dont ever greet customers when walking in, I have been to this store a few times and have experienced this. Also, they have poor attitudes when youre asking them questions... theyre a huge turn off for me, although the clothes have great prices and are nice however, the service there sucks(to put it bluntly) and if the owner knows whats good for him/her i would spend time on hiring new TRAINED, FRIENDLY staff members. Another complaint for me is that the music that they play reflects very POORLY on the store, it contains a lot of inappropriate content that is not welcoming at all. Something as simple as this can make your company look classless. My intentions arent to be rude but these are very important aspects that I believe the owner should look at, as a Business Owner I would want to be aware of whats going on in my place of Business because im sure the store doesnt have as much traffic and potential that it could have if these issues werent occurring.

The store to me was amazing, great clothing and the lines always moved very quickly,but there needs to be a change in management. I came in for a job interview not too long ago, not only did they make me wait over 30 minutes but i also caught the manager in the back making me and another wait while she and another employee talked away. It wasnt the fact that they made us wait it was what they were doing, they were talking about us. Not in a good way either. They were making racist comments saying that they specifically asked for skinny blondes not Latinas. They also said some other stuff that rather not mention. You guys need a change of management ASAP, very disappointed and definitely will never catch me there again.

I love the clothes here. VERY cheap! Which is right up my alley. The downside to Discovery (this is true for all Discovery stores not just this one) is they dont have fitting rooms. You do have 21 days to return stuff so thats pretty fair. And their sizing is pretty accurate. Alot of the stuff they carry is also in Ross so if you watch the brands you can figure out your size pretty easy. Prices are about the same or cheaper than Ross but with way cuter stuff!

Love the clothing and the prices were great as well. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because there is no fitting rooms. They want you to buy the clothing and give you so many days to return what you dont like. I live in Tennessee and today is my last day here so I had to find a bathroom and try on the outfits I just spent all this money on to seen if they fit okay. If they had changing rooms I would of probably bought more clothing.

Great Material on the clothes. Cheap, Good, and Nice. I would highly recommend going to this place. Beats the prices in the popular stores and malls. The only thing is that they do not have fitting rooms in which I do not blame them because people make a mess in fitting rooms. The customer service is good and the lines move fast.

Customer service is usually good here. Amazing prices for clothes and its amazing when you cant find nothing to wear and come here last minute. They only bad part about this place is that they dont have a dressing room. Sometimes you have to guess your size on an item and if fits it fits it not youll need to exchange it

Coming from Chicago i was so happy to find out there was a discovery here. Just so everyone knows this clothing store doesnt offer fitting rooms at any location. I think its how they get you to return and buy more Lol. Either way love this store, nice styles for both work and play at affordable prices

Have been shopping with them for over 20 years. Glad they are finally here in Florida. Only bad thing is no fitting rooms otherwise I would give 5 *. I still have clothes from them that are over 15 years old. Love this place. Dont understand the bad reviews

Pros: Cute clothes, shoes and accessories at affordable prices. Store is well organized and pretty easy to navigate. Cons: No fitting rooms at this location, so its likely that youll end up returning or exchanging items that dont fit right.

Prices are good and the selection is different from most places. We were not approached by any of the employees so had I not seen a cashier behind the counter I would think no one worked here. Very clean and had some Great clearance Items.

Love the store but the fact that there are no change rooms and they get mad if you try things on in front of the mirrors is ridiculous. Very inconvenient to have to go back and forth to return items when there is only one store in Kissimmee.

Big store with variety and great prices....but I put all my clothes back and walked out of the store because there its no dressing rooms! I dont care if there is a 21 day return policy...its too much of a hassle
