There are a few very nice employees working here, Im not gonna lie. But some, especially the managers are rude, one even made up random exchange policy to prevent me from exchanging my merchandise. I found out bc I called their customer service and went to another store and everyone told that they have never heard of that policy befofe.

Poor customer service. The one manager "L" is the rudest person Ive ever encountered. I recently put some items on hold, but because she does t like me she removed the tag with a written price, so that she wouldnt have to honor the sales price written on them when I returned.
