Jim & team are wonderful! I called shopping around for a copier for my office and they beat the Saxon price of the machine and service contract by a LARGE amount. Installation is quick and the guys who deliver & set up do a great job. Jim is a nice guy and makes you feel like you are the only customer he is working with. He was very helpful and even called after installation to check in with us to make sure all was well. Great company!

Outstanding is the only word I could use to describe the customer service at Xerographics Supply in Jacksonville. The owner Jim and Lou in the Support Center never hesitate in spending the amount of time necessary to discuss the various office equipment and products they sell and service. Honesty in todays corporate world seems to be going by the wayside...its refreshing to deal with a company of high standards like Xerographics.

Weve had our Canon printer from Xerographics for a few years & it continues to be an incredible machine. We are very happy with it! I called it in for servicing today - Lou from service was wonderful and sent Charles out the same afternoon - he was equally awesome. You guys are fantastic!!
