Attempted to print some documents and ship a box from Fedex, an old familiar haunt from my UA days. It doesnt appear theyve cleaned it since I was an undergrad some twenty years ago. I needed a flash drive, after hunting around the displays an employee, Iman helped me purchase one as they were located behind the counter. I then successfully printed a few documents at the self service copiers, even finding a Fedex store card in the kiosk and returning it to the counter. Then my quick errand hit a speed bump from which it would not recover. I was in line at the shipping desk behind just one couple. They were attempting unsuccessfully to ship international. Iman, the young clerk was flustered and asked for help from her colleagues several times. As the line lengthen and time slipped by, Iman continued to struggle and now three colleagues stood idly talking. Finally, Jason, a store manager, attempted to help Iman a bit but not enough to resolve the issue and serve the next customer, me. Realizing that I wasnt going to be served in a timely manner I left the store. I will not return and recommend others to avoid this store. It is near the university and perhaps low customer service is sufficient for that target market.

the manager is an idiot. i asked her to print the 1040 page of my tax return off a jump drive (1 page) but she charged me for 33 pages because ,"it was to difficult to seperate"! sorry, but no, it isnt. all she needed to do was preview the the file and find the page that said 1040 on it, and select to print only that page. unforntunately, i had somewhere to go in a limited amount of time because i would have loved to not pay $5.99 for a copy, but arguing with idiots takes alot longer than it does with normal people because of all the explaining required for their limited mental capacity, and im sure she would have kept saying my simple task was impossible for her to complete. once more for emphasis- the manager is a complete moron.

I was incredibly nervous prior to my arrival at this location. There were many African Americans roaming the area and it seemed like a bad part of town. Regardless, I entered into the beautifully air-conditioned environment and was promptly greeted by Iman; a small foreign girl. She was incredibly helpful about what packages could be shipped and the different types of shipping. She is the reason I will always use FedEx for my shipping needs! Keep up the good work!!!

I was on a tight deadline and needed to have a project printed and overnighted to a customer in Wisconsin. Scott, Michael and the team at FedEx worked with my deadline and displayed some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. They went above and beyond to ensure the project got to its destination. I will be a frequent customer! Thank you all!

Much better then the FedEx Office in Kent. The self-service copying machines are very convenient and reasonably priced. When one of the machines misprinted, the staff was more than happy to help and provided me with free copies to make up for it. Great customer service.

Edit 2 years later. I came across my own review, and my opinion has not changed. They still deserve 5 stars. Original review. Compare to USPS at Wolfledge, this place is far better. Customer service here is just simply at much higher level. Price is also reasonable too.

Never seem to have a bad experience here.. Been stopping here since it was Kinkos then Fedex-Kinkos... now FedEx-Office.. Only thing I dont like is having to get prepaid cards for the self-serve machines.

The staff was very attentive and professional; they made sure i got everything i needed and that i didnt pay a penny more than i needed to. The establishment was clean and there were no mosquitoes.

Great place, I wont go anywhere else, the self serve section is always stocked and clean, and the associates are polite but also gives you your privacy. Couldnt imagine ever going somewhere else

Laughably slow internet. Dont try to print any large files from the cloud or get any work done on their computers.
