I was the only customer in the store near closing time, shopping for a desk and a chair. I picked out a desk and had it ready to ring out. As I was getting ready to pick out a chair, the 2 gentleman walked into the office near the front. The main reason I am giving this place a 1 star review is because as soon as the 2 (older, seemed well trained) gentleman went into the office, the other three employees absolutely did not want to help me out. They would not bother to help me to take a chair off the wall on a high shelf, and they did not want to ring me out. I would ask them questions and they would just look at me like I was stupid. They could not answer any of the simple questions I asked them, and they were just flat out rude and disrespectful. after about 10 minutes of this ridiculousness I asked them to radio the 2 men that were helping me out in the beginning to ring me up. They sat around for a few more minutes, and by that time I became so frustrated that I went to the office door myself and knocked for the 2 men to come out and ring me up since no one else wanted to. OfficeMax in Willoughby Hills, get your stuff together and either train your employees how to interact with customers and work the cash register, or get new ones who can do those things! -__-

The older gentleman in the printing section is extremely rude and not very helpful and doesnt seem like he knows what he is doing. I walked in and he was sitting in the chair by the computer and i stood there for about 15 or 20 minutes until he helped me. Even when he helped me he was rude and did not even provide what i needed.

Very professional staff - answered questions thoroughly. Jonte the Manager was willing to give me an item that had the sale price listed and did not hesitate which impressed me. He also informed the staff to walk through the store to make sure items were marked appropriately. I will definitely shop here again!

I usually go here for ink for my printer but I never liked the awkwardness of workers constantly asking you if you need help, following you, eyeing you.
