I buy 90% of my office supplies from the online Office Depot... I needed to buy 10 conference room office chairs for our new addition conference room for an important customer coming tomorrow for a conference. I called the local Abercorn Plaza store to check if they had 10 of the 200.00 chair in stock.... A woman answered the phone and when I told her what I was calling about before I could give her the item I was looking for she put me on hold... After 3 mins she got back on the line just to tell me to hold a little longer.. After 2 more mins I just hung the phone up.... This very poor customer service just lost them a 2k order and put a bad taste in my mouth.. p.s... Just got off the phone with Staples... They had almost the same chair for about the same price and they got the order.... I think I will give Staples a little more service from now on.. Its all about the service Office Depot!!!!!! oh and BTW... if you wanna try to figure out who the woman was... I called on 5/9/12 around 9:15am... sounded like a african american who answered the phone....

Im an art student with strict deadlines and I needed some printing done on 11x17 bristol paper. The Office Max down the road had to cut off on-demand printing so my friends and I went here instead. The staff was incredibly attentive--their main printers were actually broken, but they were kind enough to use display printers in order to get our order done! Travis, the employee assisting us, even stayed for up to 30 minutes after his shift had ended to help us out! This place is nothing if not friendly, a great experience.

This store displayed no customer service. There were multiple people working but no one offered to help. I was looking to buy two office chairs, was in the store for 25 minutes, and no one stopped to check on us or see what we needed. As I was leaving the store an associate finally asked us did we have any questions. But my foot was already out the door, so it was a little too late. I dont expect jumping through hoops, but I do expect customer service when Im spending my money.

I just spent an hour in this store trying to purchase a Notary stamp. Only to find out the clerk had no idea how to add a boarder or County.... that is required!! Needless to say Im leaving empty handed!!

Dying chain, and it really shows. Only two employees, both working the print shop. The place is a scattershot of random products, many unrelated to office or school. VERY expensive as well.
