I came in around 5:50 ish today and needed to print something. The store closes at 9 so I figured I had plenty of time. As usual the employees were moving at snails pace, after standing in line (I was next in line at this point with only one other person in front of me when I got there) for around 25 minutes-almost a half hour the second person behind the counter leaves and the girl left tells everyone in line (at least 6 people) that they will no longer be doing immediate printing. No warning, just cuts it off with 3 hours left until closing. My friend asked to speak to a manager after telling the lady this was unfair to everyone that stood patiently for 25+ minutes to be turned away immediately with no warning when the store was still open for hours and this strange "closing time" for the printing area wasnt posted anywhere. The manager refused to come talk and said that if we wanted to talk we had to walk over to him. He was already spitting attitude before we reached him and said they were giving us a courtesy by telling us they were no longer printing at 6 because there were too many preorders to do (we were told at about 6:12 that it was done). So this was no courtesy at all. It would have been a courtesy had they mentioned something when I got there about being too short staffed to do the service they say they offer. There was literally NO ONE in this store except the people in line at the printing counter. Then he proceeded to tell us that I could put in for an order to be printed but the earliest it would be done was Friday at 2pm (it is Wednesday), or that I could come back in the morning and try again. The printing area tends to always have a line of people that gets backed up and the employees become overwhelmed.. there needs to be a better system. Tl;dr: Absolutely horrible customer service in the print shop.

If you want to spend half your day here then its not a problem. The person that was working with me in the print shop was nice but was clearly overwhelmed with me and the 5 other people waiting in line. She kept asking for help from her employees on her headset. None of her employees came over to help but instead stood at their cash registers picking their nails without any customers in line. I felt bad for the girl and was so annoyed I wasted 45 minutes trying to print out a document from my email which was all of 6 pages.

Bad customer service. No such thing as same day printing service even though its advertised throughout the store and online. I placed an order online and received a message that my order was complete and ready for pick up. After getting to the store I get informed by the assistant store manager that my order wont be ready for another 10 days. Assistant Manager did absolutely nothing to try and rectify the issue, not even offered a refund. Wont ever come back to any office max.

Do not use this location if you need services such as print service. I swear every time I try to get something done here it takes upwards of 20 minutes. Im actually writing this review to kill time in the line. Its worth it to go five miles out of your way to avoid this place. The line is always clogged by scad students trying to make miracles happen with whatever project theyre working on. Its slower than the DMV. Please.... its not too late for you ... save yourself!

Terrible customer service!!! Searched for an employee to assist with office furniture. Waited 25 minutes before I started looking for the manager. The sales person had left for lunch! Manager didnt see what the problem was. NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!

This is such a horribly managed store. Martin, the store manager, has terrible leadership and customer-handling skills. He treats his employees like complete garbage, no matter how much work they do for him. Hes a horrible manager and should be fired himself.

I dont know whats up with the other lousy reviews. The prices are lower, the selection and quality is higher, I even find the staff friendlier, compared to other options in Savannah. Theyre the only place to buy many hard-to-find supplies.

Terrible customer service at the printing department, and it looks like I am not the first one to complain. Perhaps Office Max should consider hiring someone who is at least somewhat friendly to customers.

Terrible customer service in the print shop. They need to have more than one person in this area at any given time. I had to wait almost 30 minutes just to see if my order was ready. Horrible experience!
