This has been a great source for me to purchase office furniture. I am a business owner so I do appreciate quality products they provide as well as great service. I was looking them up online. I have purchased 3 desks, 1 book shelf, metal cabinet and pictures. SO on multiple occasions and multiple deliveries this is the first place I look for my office needs. I had an issue with a chair I didnt even think they could do anything with. It had also been purchased a while back. They took it to their back room and repaired it by replacing a part. This wasnt because I bought so much because this was one of my first purchases. They fixed it because that is how they run business and treat their customers. Any bad views listed that I read look like people that no one could make happy. Hope this helps. Looking forward to stopping by your showroom soon.

This place truly sucks.. The owner is a hard core egoistic maniac... He knows nothing about selling or buying in a customer. You will be unfortunate if you land up with him being your sales person. He has no customer orientation at all. He was not at all co-ordial when we were in the store, and when we finally did buy an L shaped desk (after having explained him how we wanted it oriented based on diagram of our room), he still delivered the WRONG piece.!! TO top it all he had the audacity to talk in very rough language, trying to prove he was correct. I pity his staff for having such a jerk as the employer. Also pity the store for getting stuck up with such a loser.. Wiating for the ownership to change!! Any buyers??

Shopping for a new desk and chair for my home office I found a very large selection and reasonable prices at Office Furniture Outlet. Was able to find just what I was looking for. The employees were all very efficient and professional. I needed the desk delivered upstairs in my house and the old one taken out. Delivery was scheduled immediately and they arrived exactly when they said they would, even calling 20 minutes before arrival. The delivery guys were very careful and did a great job. All in all a very good buying experience. Would highly recommend.

Ive been doing business with this company since 1998, Ive furnished 7 different businesses from 20 to 350 employees. Ive never been disappointed and never returned an item, good pricing on brand new stuff, some ridiculous pricing on great quality pre-owned pieces. Mitch and his Staff can have their crew deliver in 48-72 hours, if not faster. Honest and fair on every level, no pressure to buy when you visit their location, probably why Ive referred numerous business associates there over the years.

Parking lot empty, only employee vehicles best I can tell. Walk in and it looks like they bought up some overstock and used stuff. Came in to shop for a new office chair. Their prices are outrageous. They mark up the "retail" over double, then mark it as 50% off. Rediculous. As an example, they had a basic OfficeStar SPACE chair model 5500 (fabric seat) retailing for over $400 and onsale for $209. Same chair with LEATHER seat at Costco $179...

Really happy with my purchase here (two desks). Salesguy was super nice and very knowledgeable. Pricing seemed very reasonable. I purchased from the discounted room due to budget and it had a great selection too. Worked with the manager too who waa great. Very good experience overall. Would definitely come back.
