This company is a completely nightmare from the start... We went through several copiers and never got what we were really paying for. To get someone to come out and repair were days. To get someone to call back and take care of issues took longer. So called "Management" took over and it got worse. Was told by one of the managers that she does not come out to meet you in person to handle the issues, only done on the phone.... Really??? Please really do your research before going with this company. They were having financial issues and Xerox bailed them out. What a mistake on Xerox part. .Remember you will be stuck with a contract for 5 long years. We have 2 office locations and both dropped this company due to the lack/horrible customer service..... When we had a loaner copier due to problem with one of 3 copiers that entered our office. We had a problem and the reply by one of their customer service reps was you have a loaner what do you expect. Hummmm Let me see a copier that actually works that we pay for monthly. We personally know other companies who had a contract with Zeno and also stopped using them. The quickest service we received was within an hour of our contract was bought out. Still dealing with a few issues and sent them 3 emails and still no reply... Do your homework before being stuck with a contract with Zeno.

Sending a huge thank you to Jason and his team at Zeno. Our company recently upgraded our copier. We have been customers for many years and while we have always been very satisfied with the level of service we have received; this delivery and installation was truly exceptional. We were so happy with how quickly Zeno could assist us with the upgrade itself, and when the machine was delivered by JT we were reminded why we continue to be your customer. He was extremely pleasant and was in and out very quickly. After the delivery, the installation tech Thomas arrived. He gave us a courtesy call prior to arrival which was so appreciated! Once he arrived, he assessed our needs, asked a few questions to make sure the install went smoothly and immediately got to work. The new copier was installed quickly and all drivers were updated on all of devices. It was a seamless transition from the old copier to the new copier. Thank you Jason and your entire team for the exceptional level of service you have provided us. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to other businesses. Crystal Closet Factory Orlando
