I bought a couch in September of 2013, not only did the salesman who sold me the couch lie to me about the warranty that I spent almost 300 dollars for but the couch is extremely cheap. Not price wise cheap, but fabric and frame cheap. The second day we had it a huge spring popped out and I called the warranty company, Uniters, and they told me they only cover the fabric. (not what we were told). So I let it go, then my 2 year old got ahold of scissors while I was wrapping a present for a birthday party and she cut small holes in the couch fabric on 2 pieces. wasnt a big deal at the time because they were small, I just didnt want them to get worse. I called and made a claim to Uniters, and long story short it took 4 almost 5 months of them telling me to wait that I finally had enough and I tried to talk to a manager for weeks! No one ever reached me and everyone gave me different answers. The staff is horribly rude and uninformed. Then I called American Signature and the manager was very polite. He was able to inform me that he could get our pieces replaced because we had to wait so long for our fabric our stuffing started coming out and all that we have been through but I now I have to wait for a letter stating I can go to the store and order new parts and I have been waiting for almost a month now. Not happy overall with anything I have been through with the warranty company or the store. The only reason I think they deserve 1 star is because the manager at the store has actually done more for me in the past 3 and a half weeks than I got done in the past 4 months! He was very polite, but I dont even know if I will receive the letter. I am very upset, and come to find out the man who sold us the couch doesnt even work there anymore and was fired! Be careful where you get your furniture from, if you ask me, I will NEVER buy furniture from American Signature ever again and I will tell everyone else to do the same! If you dont like your salesman ask for someone else! Be careful what furniture you choose because our $2,500 furniture is falling apart, looks 10 years old, and has the frame exposed to the point where you can sit down and feel wood under your behind after not even 2 years!

For two months, we have had issues with American Signature Furniture. It started when we ordered a table that we were told was in stock and then received a phone call moving our delivery date back by a week. So basically, they sold our table during the three weeks between paying for it (in full, mind you) and accepting delivery. Then, we got our original delivery date back because they miraculously found another table. Fast forward to the next set of calls, during which we were told we would only get one of our six chairs, then have to wait another week for the other 5. After talking for a long time with the store manager, they agreed to deliver 5 showroom chairs to us, as well our our 1 new chair, so that we didnt have to go a week without seating. They also gave us a discount and promised to deliver the other 5 chairs, while picking their 5 up, the following week. Delivery day! SURPRISE! All 6 chairs delivered are brand new. FANTASTIC! We are so excited! That is, until we see that the table is damaged. And so begins the next round of phone calls. Today, we were finally delivered a new table, and it, too, is damaged. Almost exactly the same spot, actually. Before even uttering a word to us, the delivery guy pulls out a black marker (the table is gray) and colors in the damaged spot. "It happened at the manufacturer," is all he had to say. At this point, we are accepting the table for what it is, simply because we are done dealing with American Signature Furniture. We will never buy anything from them again. In fact, as my husband said, "I would rather eat glass than buy anything from them again." If you had simply fixed the issues as they arose without making us fight to get them fixed (and then not even having them all fixed in the end), we would have understood and moved on. Thanks for the incredibly horrible experience. At least we know that if you want quality, dont shop here.

I purchased a nice couch set from A-Signature. It is a reclining couch. Well when it was delivered I had to get it Check out shortly afterwards because it did not recline on one side. After the Tech came out to the house to check it he said the whole frame was busted and needed to be replaced. No problem right. Wrong. the problem is this. I had already had to leave work early to meet the driver for the first delivery and then a week later for the Tech. Now to get another delivery I am expected to leave work early again because they dont deliver in my area on a Saturday because they are sooo busy. Bottom Line, the Customer Service here sucks the manager ( ALEX ) is useless and they do not care about their customers nor there time. It becomes your problem to get stuff delivered to you regardless of the situation. And yes you pay a hefty delivery fee to start. Note: if you have a problem with your furniture make sure you decide to keep or send back within the first 7 days or you will have no choice but to keep what you have, they schedule their Techs 7 days after delivery so your warranty to return items is no longer any good. I will never buy another thing from this company again. I dont care if i have to sit on the floor. Apparently I am not the only person who has had terrible service from American Signature. They may have something nice when you go in but hope you dont have any issues with it because they dont really care either way especially if your seven days has passed.

The problem isnt with American Signature, but the financing company Acceptance Now. Was told warranty was $89 (they lied, it was $189). Also decided to come the next day to exchange my order (living room set had not been delivered yet). I came in to talk to Stella at Acceptance Now to exchange or cancel my order....she could have easily changed the order (which was going to be a more expensive piece!) But instead was extremely rude. I then told them to just go ahead and cancel the order since it is too much of a hassle for them. She then told me refund would take 14 days and "in the next few days we will get started on the refund." Wait, get started? Needless to say i called their customer support number, who then contacted the district manager; she then called me back and refunded the money which is taking 3 days to show back up. 1. Was lied about warranty 2. Extremely rude ladies Brianna and Stella 3. Was then also lied to by Stella about how long the refunds take Again, the employees at ASF were great including the Sales Manager, but the employees at Acceptance Now acted as if they hated their lives. When i walked away with my wife I came back to see what seemed to be them saying something about me because as soon as I walked up I got the awkward silence while brianna and stella turned away and suddenly had nothing to say. Let it be known that I dont write reviews, but have never had this experience before and felt the need to warn others.
