TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We purchased a sectional, an ottoman, a mattress, bed, nightstand, dresser, & a mirror. Our purchase total was enough that the $99 delivery fee was intially waived. Upon delivery, the bedroom furniture did not match; some pieces were white (the bed & mirror) and the dresser & nightstand were more of an antique ivory with an overall yellow tone, so we refused the set. The delivery guys agreed & took pictures. During the delivery, my wife spoke with Jeremiah (the owner) about the issues & requested a refund for those charges. Three different ottomans had to be delivered, due to damages, stains, and tears! Supposedly, a bad batch had been received from a third party. The connecting clip on the sectional was not secured, so they scheduled a repair with a technician from their warranty company. Gina, our sales lady, insinuated that we mightve broken it moving it around. When the technician came, he found that it wasnt assembled properly by the manufacturer. Weeks later, we received a statement for our charge card. No refunds had been issued for the refused bedroom furniture, so I called & spoke to Gina. At first, she said we would only be given store credit. Unacceptable!! She then made another accusation that we had only returned the bedroom furniture because we didnt like the way it looked in our house. Seriously? After my wife & I both argued with her, she said the charges would be refunded, less the delivery fee. After all the issues we encountered, the repeated deliveries, the service call, delayed refund, etc. My wife asked Gina to have Jeremiah call us. Instead, Gina called her back, so were not sure if he just ignored the messages or wasnt getting them. We definitely wont be back!! P.S. We initially posted this review on Facebook, but it appears that their Facebook reviews are now hidden.

We purchased a twin bunk bed mattress from them several months ago, but left the mattress in storage in its original plastic wrapping up until a month ago when we moved to a new home. After our move, we finally unwrapped the mattress and set up the kids bunk bed. The kids were so excited! After the first nights sleep, our daughter had a severe allergic reaction. In working with our family physician, the only thing we could think might have caused her reaction was the new mattress she was sleeping on. We decided that we needed to at least try to see if we could get a store credit, knowing as well that because of the amount of time that had passed it was very unlikely. We walked into the store on a Sunday (the very same day Im writing this review) and spoke with one of the sales ladies, Gina. She listened to the events that lead up to us being there and asked us to give her a moment so she could speak with the manager. Gina came back a few minutes later and let us know that the manager was going to give us store credit for the mattress! We were so grateful! Knowing how much time had passed, the fact that they cant take the mattress we originally purchased back, and the possibility that it was not the mattress that caused her reaction at all... This was absolutely a stellar customer service move! We have already used our store credit and purchased an upgraded mattress for our daughter. You do not see this kind of genuine concern for customer satisfaction very often any more and you can be certain we will come back for our further furniture needs and recommend their store to others. You will not be able to beat the customer service here!

My boyfriend and I recently just checked out top door furniture. It was one of the best decisions weve made since we moved into our new place. We actually had a furniture set on layaway at a other local furniture store but my boyfriend convinced me to check out top drawer anyways to see your other options. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and Rebeckah helped us and was patient with us the whole time as we were deciding which that we like the best. Anything that they do not have on the floor you can actually look through their catalog and order and price out. Being new renters it was great to also have financing options and all the flexibility they offer! We have now taken the other set that we had on layaway and cancelled it and bought a beautiful set at top door furniture we liked better for less money! I highly recommend checking out this store!!

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Top Drawer. We were looking for a mattress to upgrade our daughters crib to a full size bed. Since our crib was a convertible we only needed a mattress. They helped us pick out a perfect mattress without trying to up sell us on something we did not need. They even introduced us to a product call a Bunky Board which allows us to not need a box spring. This allowed the overall height of our daughters bed to be kept down to a minimum as we were concerned of her falling out from a higher height. Thanks for everything you and your knowledgable sales staff did for us!!

We had a great experience here! We got bunk beds for our son, but tend to be pretty indecisive and they took so much time with us to be sure we got exactly what would make us happy. I have never gotten such great service from a furniture store. And they have all the brands and diversity you would get from a chain store but at much lower prices. Many reasons to support this local, family business!

I love love loveeeee this store. Especially Ashley who spent 3 hours with me going through catalogs to find precisely what I wanted. I furnished my entire living room with couches, entertainment center, Cocktail table, and end tables, as well as, got a new matress. Theyre prices are great and have a great company to finance through. They kick ass over there !! Owners were very helpful to.

Sadly didnt even get a greeting when I walked in with my mother and sister. Was in the building for about 30 minutes looking around. Finally just asked a blonde lady if there would be anyone to help anytime soon. And she snobbishly said "yeah... Ill be with you guys shortly." We were going to buy bedroom furniture and a large sectional!

Took care of an issue and went above and beyond! These people stand behind their products, and make sure the customer is happy. Im extremely satisfied after they corrected my issue. Because of this, Im going to buy more furniture from them this weekend. The style of furniture is great too!

If I could mark a zero I would. Had such a bad experience with my order. Three different times we had to wait for a piece of the bunk bed to come in and then the delivery people had to come twice. Our 3 year old who was getting the new bed was let down all three times.

What I liked about this place the most is the beautiful styles in all their furniture. Everything is gorgeous, lots of different styles for all taste. I purchased a bed, mattress, nightstand and mirror, couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase.
