This location went above and beyond. I purchased a dining room set to be delivered to Tampa, currently I live in NY the only problem was I wouldn’t be there to receive the chairs since the chairs arrive via UPS. This location was so helpful they agreed to have the chairs be delivered to the store even though this was not an in store delivery purchase. I made a trip to Tampa to receive my Dining Table when it arrived it arrived without the hardware so the table was not installed than I notice it wasn’t the colored I order this was very upsetting. I called customer service and I agreed to stay with the Dinning table that was delivered but I would need to return back to Tampa because the hardware would need to be delivered. Once I reached Pottery Barn and explain my problem to Maxon Mendoza he then directed me to Deddie Box. They were able to switch my chairs to match my table. I have to say thank you to them both because they made this bad experience into a great experience. I wish every sales rep would be so knowledgeable, patient and understanding.

Went there to browse an entertainment center and they were having a sidewalk sale. I managed to score a woven basket with lid, and a floor lamp that had a dimmer pedal switch for about 40% off each.. Then I was able to get 3 chairs that were normally $249 each, for only $30 each.. Yes, it was a good day.
