Service was awful from before we even walked in. Doors were still shut 20 minutes after time on door said open. I had to literally bang on door for few minutes. Laura hackenburg, our salesperson took our several thousand dollar purchase, paid in full and everything seemed ok... Till we never received a call for delivery set up so we called only to find out she was on vacation, tried to get answers but none of the other staff was very helpful. Eventually, like pulling teeth, we were informed that one of the recliners had not been shipped with the rest and we got about three different reasons why it did come but that it will be on the next truck. Three weeks went by, tried to get in touch with her again only to find out she is on vacation again. After several more calls they were finally able to provide delivery time. So after its all together I take a closer look at it all and find that one of the cup holders has crush marks inside, the leather near it is loose and not like the other sides and at the two pillow top on the wedges near the stitching on both sides are torn but torn like it is a defect. I called Laura, only to not be able to reach her again, but express how unhappy i was to the person that answered, she said she will have the manager call me Tuesday, which he didnt, but Laura did and she was of little help said i can email pictures to speed things up. Their warranty guy only works on Fridays, which they neglected to tells us, we work like normal folks and cant always get that time off.. Laura made at least a grand off us she need to step it up and earn that money! I emailed the pix to where she said but heard nothing back days later so i called and s asked for her but again, she was unavailable. However,i did talk with Kirk, the manager that was supposed to call but didnt get the message i believe this cause when talking to him about it he knew nothing until he had a chance to review my file. I explain everything and he ask me to email, again the pix to another email now.... Frankly i think Laura needs to get the emails and forward to him! I did my part and sent to the email she said so they have it and need to improve on internal communication cause i should not need to send again. They got there money and thats all they care about. I do not recommend this location, it seems like all staff could care less about you once you leave the door paid in full. I will call today to direct them to locate the emails internally and GET THE JOB DONE. Laura you made close at least a thousand dollars from us so you need to work harder and GET THIS RESOLVED!!! My wife and I are in the design and furniture industry so we know how this should be and you guys are an EPIC FAIL! Wish we went someplace else... However the couches are pretty comfortable but lets see how long they will last without any more problems. The damaged areas will be fixed. Its so hard to find good service anymore...

BEWARE! CHINESE MADE FURNITURE! When you visit the store, the sales associate will sell you on the false premise: All of their furniture is "Made in America". They will tell you that your furniture is specially assembled per your order, and is not in a warehouse waiting to be sold. I have a $2000 love seat that cannot be returned, with a " Made in China" label underneath. I cant return it because the delivery guys put it in my home and left. Tell me how a sofa and love seat gets here in 2 1/2 weeks from China. I sent the sofa back because it was ripped, and 9 weeks later they delivered the same sofa again! Dont attempt to get your money back, they will only try to sell you something else. The leather quality is questionable at best. It looks like cheap bonded leather to me. I left one star because you cant leave zero stars.

Having previously owned lazy boy purchased a recliner for my elderly mother who spends alot if time in recliner due to health issues..opted for the power one..received it and it sat crooked they did come out to repair..6 months later the seat cushion is completely flat, seems like no support for lower back and chair is leaning to left..service came out and reported to store manager nothing was wrong..so now store manager says cannot help..paid nearly $1000 including the extended warranty..and the mom cannot even use because her bum and legs go numb after sitting for a period and the leaning has created a problem with her back..very disappointing..i say buyer beware..you can probably get better furniture at rooms to go!

Our reclining sofa split and peeled after 3 years. We are a two adult family and were very careful with cleaning. We bought the extra coverage for five years...but found out that only covers accidental tears.....we filed a claim but no one ever even came out to look at our now useless sofa. We expected more than three years from a Lazy Boy. We wont ever shop Lazy Boy again.
