I wish I had read these reviews first.... If I could give less than one star, I would! We visited this location yesterday looking for a new living room set. We were greeted by Michael immediately, he let us check out the showroom on our own, but was always close by if we had any questions. We were happy with the way our visit was going. We decided to check out another furniture store before making a final decision; then came back about an hour later to complete the purchase. The traffic in the store had picked up quite a bit, i made contact with Michael and told him that we were ready when he was finished helping the other couple who he was working with. He was very frazzled and unprofessional, it was clear that this "Senior Sales Representative" with "17 years experience" just couldnt handle the volume of customers. As he was trying to rush through my transaction he accidentally ran my card for over $1400 instead of the $186 down payment. He had to call someone over to help "correct" it. I asked how long it would take for the funds to be released and she told me immediately. I checked my account this morning and the $1400+ transaction is still on there and there is no sign of the credit anywhere. I followed up with the store and was told that it could be 5-7 days before my funds are released. I explained to her that yesterday I was told it would be released immediately - her response: "Well thats not the way it works, youre just going to have to wait the 5-7 days. Theres nothing i can do about it". I then asked to speak with someone who could help me and she transfered me to their corporate office, which only handles warranty & delivery. I have no doubt that she knew sending me to corporate would just be a waste of time - she just wanted to get me off the phone. I called the store again and asked to speak with the store manager, I was told that he ran out for a minute but would call me back shortly. After 2 hours past and I still hadnt received a phone call, I called again. I was finally able to speak with him and got the whole "oh yeah - Im working on this right now" we all know that line.... Supposedly the funds were released immediately.... again contradicting what his other employee told me this morning. Honestly, no one in that store has any idea of how to be professional and take care of customers. I have disputed the charges with my bank because I dont trust RTG to issue the refund correctly. I will be canceling my order all together. I strongly urge you to buy from another company and not do business with Rooms to Go. Horrible experience!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! So let me tell you, run from Rooms To Go. Do not purchase from them unless you want to wait months for your furniture, have it delivered ruined, then have the tech that comes and fixes it say that, "It not high end furniture, we shouldnt be so picky." My family has ordered from them for years and spent over tens of thousands of dollars from them....Well today was it. If it was up to me I would return everything and go elsewhere. Back in Aug/Sept time we ordered a house full of furniture. The sales rep was very nice and helpful, even when we changed our mind and realized items wouldnt fit. Having it delivered was a different story. We went through the issue with the tech in Sep about our bedroom set that we purchased for a pretty penny, stating its not high end furniture. Then when we received our living room set it showed up unwrapped and worn. When we asked the delivery men about this they stated, "It comes like that when you purchase it treated." Well a few weeks later we were able to set up a time for someone to come out and check it...Guess what the same tech came took some pictures and apparently his assessment was it was wear and tear...So we were told it was our fault..1st off we barely spent more than 20 days on it in total, 2nd its in the middle of a room that no one goes in except my daughter. After arguing with someone on the phone they stated they would do a courtesy replacement. THANKS!! Finally we were scheduled to receive the rest of the furniture the following day. A bedroom set, a replacement tall boy dresser that was ruined when they delivered it the first time..not to mention this piece alone cost $600.00 minus tax and delivery, and the sofa. I received a call Tuesday stating they would text me a time frame when we should expect delivery. Well today Monday the day before instead of receiving a confirmation on time it was a message stating some items are not in stock..WHAT!!!! So please save yourself some trouble and stress...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ITS NOT WORTH IT...

Absolutely worst place I have ever purchased furniture. Ordered 11 items and 8 of them were delivered damaged, scratched or missing pieces.Of the 3 pieces that were in good condition 2 of them were small table lamps and 1 was a recliner. Corporate customer service called to replace items and did not get any information correct so I had to go through the store manager who was not much more helpful. BEWARE when they say some customer assembly required it actually means they will come and dump a bunch of boxes on your floor for you to assemble. As we tried to assemble this absolutely huge entertainment center we found additional scratched pieces. When they returned with new furniture 5 of those pieces were also damaged. They still refused to put the entertainment center together even though I had been assured by customer service and the salesman that they would do so. One of the delivery drivers disclosed that most of their deliveries that day were to return or replace damaged merchandise. He obviously didnt want to be their and was rude and tried to rush through the delivery. He was told by the other driver to try and adjust a table I already had put together that was uneven, he proceeded to put a crack in the table leg and tried to hide it so that I would keep the merchandise. After they left I decided to try to put together the smallest part of the entertainment center because my TV had been on the floor for 2 weeks. I couldnt believe my eyes...when I moved the top box the 2 underneath had been cut open and re-taped as if they had also been returned! Who in their right mind would give a customer complaining of damaged merchandise an opened obviously returned item??? I then called and spoke with the salesman, who was the only good person I encountered in this entire dilemma, he assured me that the manager would call me regarding my complaints, he never called. I finally told them to come and get all their merchandise.

They way this place does business is totally unacceptable. My wife and I purchased 2 sofas, a chair, and an ottoman from there this past Saturday. At that same time we had them price us for a package to see what the difference would be as we were interested in coffee tables and a lamp as well. The difference in price was roughly $250 out the door that day. We decided we wanted to only get the couches and chairs and buy end tables elsewhere mainly because we werent really crazy about the floor lamp they had but it was lumped in so it would be a "package deal." So I call back today, as they said I would be able to if, I changed my mind on the "package deal" to go ahead and add the extras. I speak to Sam and he says let me get you a price after I had already told him the price they gave me. He got back to me and said it would be another $450 to add on the rest of the merchandise. Giving him the benefit of the doubt on not hearing or understanding I explained the entire situation again. He then goes to management who drops the prices to about $350 out the door and they will not budge, basically telling me I have 3 options keep it like I have it, cancel the entire order, or pay more then I was originally quoted. I spoke to the manager who said sorry for your luck that is all we can do. I then proceed to call corporate and explain everything to them who just says there is nothing we can do about that stores prices...so wait...you are corporate and you cant do anything? I then ask for a regional manager who the lady at corporate proceeds to tell me I dont know who that is or any contact info for that person...or if that person even exist. To me if you are going to say a price you need to stick by the price...if your employee messed something up then its up to the employer to fix it...then what you decide to do with that employee is up to you. Seems to be a very poorly ran company, who doesnt properly train their employees.
