The manager named Bill is very unfriendly and shouldnt be a manager at all. A rug that wasnt on sale had a bunch of stains on it so the employee called him over to see if he could discount it because of the staining on the carpet he was unpleasant to talk to no hello or anything he had no personally. The customer service at this HomeGoods is the worst out of the other locations. Other competitors like Tjmaxx have no problem discounting something that has something wrong with it. I guess HomeGoods will let anyone be a manager who has no personally and be rude to customers.

The manager is not friendly at all! I was looking to purchase something theat was clearance one of the drawers where physically damaged and coming apart, so we took it up to discuss it with the manager to see if they could do any better on it because As always it was one of a kind. She was not understanding or accommodating. She simply said they dont mark clearance down and the wont do any more with a nasty attitude. We informed her she wasnt very helpful and left. Home goods lost my parents and myself as customers, because of her lack of understanding and attitude.

So....I LOVE HomeGoods! I find everything I need and didnt know that I needed in this store. Everything I want and can no longer live without...if that makes sense. My home would look amazing if I could take home this entire store!

I love this store. You can always find great deals on awesome home decor. Store is organized and I never have issues locating what I am looking for. The staff is always willing to help out with larger items.

The store is nice, but theyve got the worse manager ever. Shes very rude and unhelpful! I have never had a worse experience in customer service.

Theres nothing like a home goods store. Mostly quality stuff at heavy discounts. Love all of their mom big brand stuff. Always find new things.
