This was my first time going to by a bed for myself, I came here looking for a bed due to the great google reviews they had, which is very discerning after my experience here. I ended up finding a bed that I thought was pretty decent and put a $100 deposit down on it. I came back a couple of days later with my boss who was helping me with his truck. The white tag at the base of the bed noted nothing about it being a Simmons product, which had been name dropped repeatedly during my interaction at the store, and as is displayed in store. He began to question the sales associate helping us load it into the truck, she asked us if we wanted to see the proof that it was a Simmons, we said of course. So she unwraps it from the plastic unveiling countless loose threads that were barely holding the fabric in place. There was another cheap tag at the back of the bed which was a different font and symbol than the legitimate Simmons brand. As we asked more questions and made statements of the beds blatant poor quality, they denied it as if we were making it up. So my boss pulls a thread from the corner of the bed and the bottom material (which was very weak and thin) immediately peeled back from the frame of the bed. They embarrassingly attempted to continue to back their product as it was coming apart after barely leaving their store. I demanded my money back and they kept claiming that "all sales are final", and then said that I had to know it was going to be a like that because I agreed to buy the floor model. Which was a bold face lie, as I was told I was buying a brand new mattress. And even if that were the case, it should not have been that bad. They almost got me for nearly $600, but eventually they ended up giving me back my full refund, only after arguing with them for nearly half an hour followed by us calling the police. I recommend staying away from this place.

I only gave them 1 star because I had to rate them to leave a review. We purchased a mattress set from them recently. When we took the plastic off the mattress, within that week we started seeing bedbugs. Now mind you, no bugs before that AT ALL!! Take the plastic off and boom bugs?!?! Oh it gets better. I called Charles the Manager of Atlantic and told him the problem. He said it was probably coming from our apartment complex. NOT!! I spoke with Management and we have only been here for 2 months and they NEVER had to treat this apartment for bedbugs. I offered to give him the Manager of the apartment buildings number and he declined to speak with her. Then he blamed it on the weather and our neighbors. These apartments are not connected. They are spaced out. NEXT!! So he asks me and my husband to send pictures of the mattress and tags so he can take care of us and help us. So we did that. Guess what?!?! We have not heard from Charles since. I had even told Charles to text my husband if that would be easier. He did not, because Charles doesnt give a damn!! Based on the reviews is why we chose this place. We recently moved from Pennsylvania to Greenville and this is definitely not southern kindness. Charles sucks and apparently does not care about the customer. Once they get the sale, thats it!! DO NOT BUY YOUR MATTRESSES OR BOX SPRINGS FROM THIS BUSINESS!! If you do, "buyer beware". We have to get a new mattress set and have our bedroom exterminated. Spending money we really can not afford, but we have no choice. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING Charles and Atlantic. Note : Please dont respond with a fake empathetic statement. If you cared, you would have returned our calls and tried to make right what was wrong.

The purchasing experience, expertise great, prices fantastic. However, when the sales associate tells you that the delivery will be full set up and removal of old furniture, that is totally incorrect. The delivery personnel was extremely rude, unfriendly, and did not properly dispose of old furniture. He also left the the rocker in the middle of the floor in the living room not in the bedroom like i asked. He played offensive music from his phone, use of profanity, when i asked him a question, he just ignored me. He was angry with me and after they finished placing my furniture in the rooms they left without even letting me know they were finished. Jada is a fantastic sales associate but my experience with this company is not good because the delivery experience overpowered my good experience. I had referred so many of my friends to this store, now Im gonna call them and let them know DO NOT HAVE THEIR PURCHASES DELIVERED!!!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE. I decided to go here because of Google Reviews, but oh man, that was a huge mistake. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If only I could vote with zero starts. Do not buy here, or buy and cross your fingers to not have any trouble. Nobody will help you. Check other stores, actually you will get better prices. Long story short: I bought a mattress, got it delivered, and noticed some stains. I contacted Charles (salesman, manager, or whatever he is) and he told me Id get a replacement. After a couple weeks with no news, I called him, he came up with an excuse, and told me Id get my new mattress soon. This ended up being a loop for MONTHS. I finally got tired of his excuses and lack of professionalism, and stop calling him. Of course, I never heard anything from him. Again, DO NOT BUY HERE. Horrible experience. Lies, more lies and a total waste of time.

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL ECONOMY!! NEED A BED OR FURNITURE? BUY FROM ATLANTIC BEDDING AND FURNITURE!!!!!! Stopped by here last week on a lark since I saw some signs advertising highly competitive prices for bed-frames and mattresses. Talked with Harold at that time; he was very nice, wrote out all the prices and gave me his business card. Didnt get anything that day, but thought about all the prices including mattress, box springs, bed-frame and delivery. The mattress/box springs I was going to get at Big Lots were cheaper, but this purchase wouldnt have included the bed-frame not to mention that delivery was more. EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND SUPER PROFESSIONAL! THANKS GUYS FOR YOUR STELLAR SERVICE!!!!!

I went in knowing exactly what I needed but not knowing what I was looking for. I was assisted by Chris Brockman, he listened very well and gave very good advice. It didnt stop there. Stonewall Randolph the owner came out and also assisted. After about an hour I had everything picked out. And we were satisfied. Stonwallbtook the time to go through adds and found a lesser price on some of the furniture we had and he even beat that price. All together it was a great experience and I saved money. I truly recommend this place and working with this owner and staff. Even Charles the finance guy gave great advice. Atlantic is where its at!!!!

IM ONLY RATING A 5 SO IT WILL BE SEEN! There is nothing professional about this business! I paid for delivery not only was my dresser put together wrong but they also brought out the WRONG night stand to my bed and my sales man told me he would bring the right one the same day and didnt so I came all the way to greenville to pick it up and the night stand was at another wear house. Seems like once they got thier money they could care less about the rest. I know things happen but it should be handled professional when they do. Will never do business with them again & my advice if you do is do NOT let them deliver!
