Tried to return something without a receipt, said they couldnt return health or beauty without one. So I called to talk to a manager and after I was on hold for about 20 minutes, Lori told me that they would have to watch the video first and to call back another day. Now tell me, why would they have to watch a video? Of course my reaction is and question is, do you think I stole this? She starts to laugh and says no. then why do you have to watch the video? She never gave me a clear answer. What the heck is going on there that I cant return something without my receipt and they have to watch the video? Ive never stolen anything in my life nor do I plan to. Id rather go 20 miles out of my way then go back to that store!!!

1 register open at Christmas time, about 20 people in line. GSTL not paying any attention to checkout lanes. I called store from the line, and as a former employee of the company, knew what to say. My call resulted in several team members responding to the registers. As a guest, I should not have to do their job for them.

Normally I do not like shopping at Target because it is so big and it takes me forever to find what Im looking for but today the employees were very helpful and I found exactly what I was looking for bought it and left the store Target thank you very much

I can honestly say I was shocked for a major box store... It smelled so bad when you walk in the door only got worse as you go thru the womans dept. I couldnt stay in the store due to the obnoxious smell.. Will never return.
