To start this off I was generous with a 1 star rating. If I could use 0 stars that would be my rating. I Was there for their year end sale was greeted by an older gentlemen off rip he was high pressure literally right after greeting us straight told me and my fiancé right now is the time to buy. He constantly used cheap sales pitches it was a friendly buyer environment. He lied to us after we decided we wanted a certain firmness in saying dont go back there those will be too firm only to find out towards the back are where the less expensive beds were. Then when we decided on a mattress we were interested in it was unfortunately not on sale and when he gave us a little bit of a break proceeded to tell us that the deal was only good for that moment that it wouldnt be available any other time even though it wasnt on sale he was just marking it down. I took the model number down and found it cheaper at jcpenneys when I told him we were going to continue shopping as it was our first time purchasing a bed and first stop shopping he got highly irritated out a chart in our face that had competition pricing on it when I still said we were going to continue to shop we werent planning on buying anything today he told us "your not going to get this bed cheaper have a nice day thanks for uhhhhh spending time today" ended up getting the same exact mattress (checked model) at jcpenney for 550 with tax and delivery when his "deal for us" was 1199 plus tax and delivery. I will never step foot back in a mattress firm and I will actively discourage others from doing so as well.

I should have ran out of the door when the sales representative started ripping on another couple who came in and were waiting and while waiting they were on the phone (again, they were waiting. No one was waiting on them at all) and he barely acknowledged them. I was told I was going to get a call when my mattress set came in, never received a phone call so I called 2 days later. My mattress was in, but apparently someone sold my box spring (because apparently having a SOLD tag already on it meant nothing). I was again told that I would receive a phone call once the new box spring came in, NEVER received a call... its now been over a week and Ive had to call 4 times to check on my mattress set. At this point I should have just requested a refund and went somewhere else. I will NEVER shop at Mattress Firm ever again. They have horrible customer service, they staff their locations with only 1 person per shift (barely an hour over lap) which is HORRIBLE for safety. I will NEVER recommend, nor will I shop there ever again.

July 3rd: Mike was knowledgeable and very willing to help. Updated July 15th: So after waiting nearly two weeks and confirming my delivery date the day before, I got a call from Mike telling me that they no longer had my mattress in stock and had to move my delivery back another full week. I called Mattress Warehouse in Avon. They had the exact mattress that I was looking for in a Sealy Brand in stock. I let Mike know that I wanted to cancel my order but got strong-armed into keeping my order just at a slightly less price. Beware if you shop here. They will make promises that they cannot deliver on.

We were waited on by Mike Viglia and he took the time to explain all of the various kinds of mattresses that were available. We were able to lay on all of the options that we might want to buy and were given the advantages and disadvantages of each type of mattress. We really appreciated the time Mike spent with us. He was an excellent salesman. Our delivery was on time and extremely efficient. The men had our old mattress and box springs our and our new ones in in a matter of 10 minutes. We are very pleased with both the sales and delivery service.

Purchased a mattress Saturday for Delivery on Monday. Noticed a hole in the mattress after the Delivery men had left. Called store associate who had scheduled a new mattress to be delivered to me on Thursday. No delivery came Thursday. When they showed up Friday they had no new mattress to give me and were instructed by their warehouse manager to leave the damaged mattress with us. No response for correction from store associate. I am frustrated, finished, and requesting a refund. I will never consider shopping here again.

Poor customer service after buying the bed . They were suppose to deliver the bed and call 30 mins before arrival, sad to say never got the phone call so I came home from work early just to have a sorry we missed you sign on the door. Called up to the store to see what was going on and was told he would call the warehouse to see if they were still in the area and still never got a phone call back .

Mike are sales associate was very helpful in our purchase and was very fun.... we entered the store and he was ready to help and in my opinion if you have ever heard the slimans car commercial on k96 radio station and they say how slimans car company is super helpful and they feel like they are treated like family thats how I felt at mattress firm #groundhogvswoodchuck!!

What an amazing experience. Not only did I leave with two beautiful beds for my kids but the store manager Mike was able to give me a great deal and even threw in a few free items. This by far was a the most satisfying experience out my day.
