I am really confused by my experience with this business. First I had entered the store to buy a sectional. The two sales persons met me at the door and literally talked at me the entire visit. I felt sorry for their push for a sale so I bought a hat hanger plaque for a couple of bucks. Leaving the store feeling they are desperate for business. She said she could always get me a better sales price for a lazy boy sectional set. I then called back to see about buying a sectional. They really only deal with recliners but she said she could get a better deal if I had the exact sectional pieces figured out. BUT if I ordered it- there was no return policy. Rather then suggest someone from her store come for a measure (5 mins away) she wanted me to come back to the store. ...Therefore I bought elsewhere but realizing that this company is local and since I had used up some of their time, I decided to call back for a possible purchase of a wedge console. I always try to support small business locally. re the phone call-the owner came on the phone and said, "no offense but I dont know if u are buying for u or someone else....and rattled some other stuff". Huh? This had to be one of the oddest oddest experiences I have ever had. I had a wonderful experience elsewhere.

Enjoyed my shopping experience a great deal. Mindi was very helpful and patient. She taught me things that I did not know regarding the use and mechanics of the recliner that I was interested in.. They are very willing to work with you and help you as much as they can. Delivery was free along with taking away the old item. I searched on line and went to several furniture stores nearby. When the final purchase was made I returned to Mindi at the Lamplighter and am very happy I did. Thank You.

I was searching for over a month for a Family room sofa. Most sofas available today are "oversized". I wanted a "right sized" well constructed sofa. My husband reminded me of Lamplighters in downtown Zephyrhills. Pleasant shopping experience and I found my sofa! Great delivery and good selection of sofas, recliners (Lazboy) and gliders. If your interested in supporting local businesses the sofa I purchased is a Carlton, made here in Florida!
