Now I know I might come off as bias, but for those customers who know me I am Flavio, the Sales Operation Coordinator and am honest to a fault. The staff here tries their absolute hardest to make every visit pleasant. We want you to leave smiling, so if any of us come off as unfriendly please let us know! That is not our intention and sometimes we are just focused on the moment since we are usually dealing with several issues at the same time. I have been here 3 years and can say that as a team our customer service is virtually unmatched in this industry (within reason). So come on in, and shop at Badcock!

They say they are open till 8 and when I call at 730 no one picks up the phone . The washer I just got has something wrong with the tub and it shakes super bad and is really loud , just needed to see what I had to do and they dont answer 30 minutes before closing

They work with bad credit. Slowly helps in repairing your credit as long as you pay on time. Friendly, polite people. They try to sell you items, but not pushy. When you say your just looking, then they just say ok. Already bought 3 items there
