Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE. First, the staff is extremely rude and standoffish with a super attitude problem. Second, when getting measurements for a dress they will tell you that you are four times the size that you actually wear. When the dress does come in (not in a punctual manner) it will not fit. Personally, my dress was too big in the bust area as in they measured for a triple H not a D. My sisters dress was six inches too big on the sides. She had not lost any weight so clearly it was an error in measuring. After hearing my sisters experience I called and wanted to just pick up my dress to take it to a different tailor. (Why should I let them tailor something when they clearly demonstrated to me that they were not competent). Upon calling, a very rude staff member interrogated me and gave me such a disrespectful attitude and such a problem. The clear lack of professionalism is the number one reason to not take your business here.

Went to Deliannes to look for a wedding dress and ended up finding my dress, bridesmaid dresses and tuxes. The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone was more than helpful and always willing to listen to our ideas. Our wedding party was beautiful and we would not have changed a thing. Dresses all came in on time and were altered to fit everyone perfectly. Tuxes were awesome and they were willing to come in during their holiday to finish fitting the tuxes since my wedding was Thanksgiving weekend. Thanks to all the lovely ladies at Deliannes. Love! Deliannes was the only bridal shop that felt welcoming and not pushy! I worked with Michelle, she was excellent! Jenny was amazing in redesigning the bottom to the dress I picked out. The whole team was top notch! Loved working with all these ladies! In addition to my custom dress I also picked out the 8 bridesmaids dresses and tuxs for all the men in the wedding with exact matching colors!

Prices were okay and fittings were done well. Things were just fine far too late. Got my tux the day before the wedding I needed it before. Not sure who is to blame here but I was concerned i wouldnt have my tux for this big day.
