While not the most exciting location, the workers here try to help where possible. Ive shipped a few things here and I havent had any major problems. Little things have come up in the store, but all the packages went through without problems. Most of the issues came about because of poor cell reception at the store or poor wifi networks. Id recommend bringing preprinted paperwork to this place. You may run into issues otherwise.

The service here is horrible. The employees are lathargic about everything and give a snippy attitude at any question. Unbelievable a place like this even stays open with such a poor customer experience.

It is very convinient to have FedEx Kinkos so near or in Glastonbury, the rates are so much affordable and also many sercvices at one roof.
