My son and I were looking for a laptop for college. Our Staples sales rep - Elle - was absolutely tremendous. She was extremely patient, pleasant, personable and took the time to answer any questions we had thoroughly. She had a lot of good practical knowledge and tips that were of great service to us and went well beyond most of the customer service that we have encountered in the past. She asked questions about my son that helped her (and us) better tailor the laptop to how he would use it. The service that she provided would not only encourage us to go back to the Concord Staples, but we would even highly recommend to others to go here because of the superb service from Elle. Bravo to Elle!
My laptop died and I went back to get another one, They have a lot of them on display and there was one just like the one I had. They of course did not have it in stock. I had asked about a desk top but he did not even bother to check. One asked if I would like to purchase the model one, I said yes then the other one came back and said that I could not purchase the model. They should take the ones they are out of stock off the shelf or put a sign that says "out of stock". I could not afford the more expensive ones and really needed a computer. I ended up going to Best Buy and will continue to go there and get my things I need for my business.
I have always received great service at this store. Nathan in the Copy Center has saved me with last minute needs more than once. It is too bad people dont see the UPS Store inside Staples for what it is; convenient. If the Post Office was efficient, there wouldnt be a demand for alternative drop off areas for shipping. I like the discount I receive for being a business. Ive done business with this store for over 10 years and will continue to do so.

I bought a monitor on Black Friday. Opened it up on Christmas and had line of dead pixels. I called staples to get help and no help for me. They said I would need to call Samsung and have them replace it. This store sucks and the manager is never nice and never a help when I go there with a problem. Go to a different store then Concord or go to a different retailer for sure. They need a different manager, Kim is the worst!!
So I flew to staples in Concord, NH Fort Eddy Rd. to get my mobile printer replace before they closed. Showed up at 8:58... kid opened the doors then looked at the manager and said, "manager says were closed!"...your kidding me right!?! NEVER...EVER will I set foot in that store again...told him what I needed and told him I was working all night!..."sorry, manager says were closed"!....boooo!
I go to this store just now do drop off a pretty paid UPS package. We wait 20 minutes in line, and I ask the clerk if she had packaging tape and could put one strip across the package. Her response to me, sure thats 3.00 or you can buy tape behind you. Last time I ever go to a Staples. A true UPS store will never charge you 3.00 for one strip of packaging tape.
Needed a short cat-5 cable and the prices were outrageous! Checked out the clearance area and nothing was really at a "clearance" price. Ill order at Amazon or go to BestBuy if I need it ASAP. Only good to see a product up close then order it elsewhere. This store and Staples in general have gone nowhere but down.

I was intentionally given wrong info about the staples return policy by a MANAGER no less, by the name of Kim. I will most likely never shop in this store (Concord, NH location) again. p.s. I tried to leave NO stars for the rating but they wouldnt let me... I bet thats Kims fault too!!!
In general, rude salespeople. I also had to wait too long for my call to be answered. I am forever getting ads for things I dont need or want. A store like this is why I do most of my business via the internet, on Amazon and Ebay.
Nathan in copy and print has been wonderful every time I go in for work he bends over backwards to make sure our order is ready. We have been doing our printing there for years and have always had great service. Thank you.
After dealing with kim earlier this year I started searching for an office depot or office max, lol. Seriously, if youre just going to be miserable and unhelpful, get a job in accounting, not customer service.
I dont think people here understand speed and accuracy. First rule of thumb, blame the manager! A good manager treats employees well and trains them on how to keep the customer flow pace moving along.
Nathan and Crew in the Copy Center have fulfilled many detailed projects for my company, Granite Ledge Coffee, over the years flawlessly. We consider them an important value to our business.

I had a problem with a return purchase and the manager Kim told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I will not go back to the Concord Staples again while she is working there!!
They are not able to process Amazon returns. Long wait times. Feel like you walk into a store designed in 1970. Copy and Print Staff just standing around while Shipping lines grow.
Sales people selling the wrong products and providing information that is not true. I spent over $300. It is all going back and I wont shop there for computer memory again.

this manager needs to be trained and needs to learn the policy better. i had the worse shopping experice there. so watch out for her or ask for another manager
The shipping/copy center employees are very helpful and have the best customer service skills. If you need something copied or shipped , go see them .
They are going to put local post office workers out of a job. DON"T BUY AT STAPLES!!!!!! Put up a fight for your YOUR post office!!!
The copy/print staff leave a little to be desired in their customer service skills. But overall, a good experience.
Did not print my papers at promised time...when i called the kept me on hold for 15 min untill store closed
Total failure of staff. Poor leadership
