I went here to get some high quality color copies done. The girl behind the counter was not only very unfriendly, but she messed up and gave me too many copies of the one page and not enough of the other. When I pointed it out (nicely, I may add) she huffed and reminded me of a 13 year old being told she cant go to the mall until she cleans her room. Dont get me wrong, I dont expect brown-nosing customer service but if you work in a job that requires contact with customers you can at least be cordial. I dont think Ill go back because it was all around an unpleasant experience.

Assistant manager last month was very helpful when i was trying to price several different switches for my computer system at work, She had no problem stepping in on a what looked like a busy day and helping when i had to quickly ship packages and the regular printing staff was occupied. I was able to get on my way in a few minutes. Have only positive comments on her and the whole staff. I believe she has been there a couple of years and there is also a new general manager who appears to be concerned about satisfying his customers.

Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful! They even have UPS service there. I was trying to find a spot to return an item via UPS Ground and I noticed they offer that service. It was so nice to do everything at one place and not have to drive to another town.

Absolutely the worst group of workers I have ever seen. No one from the staff offered help to anyone in there coming in or wandering. They didnt know where the weekly fliers were...floors were nasty like the help...

Theyre hours listed on here on Sunday says that theyre open at 9am. They dont open till 10 am!!!!
