I found out a few days before shoulder surgery that I would be sleeping up right. I wanted to order the pure fit bed wedge system... I called the Burlington store and found out shipping was going to be 79.00!!! I live on Cape Cod and the store was over an hour away, so they sent Steve, a coworker to meet me at the bridge and deliver this bed system to me so I could have it before surgery! Now that is service with a smile! I have never had any sales store or sales associates care so much about my well being... This store was awesome and so was the Needham store. I called both and they are sister stores so they were both outstanding. Thank you Steve for being my hero! And thank you Nancy for setting everything up!!! You all rock! By the way the Pure Fit Bed wedge system is awesome! None better! God Bless Brooke :)

Overall happy with the experience. I went into the store after finding the support chair I wanted online. I knew exactly what I was looking for , saw the price and everything. I walked in and the woman was friendly but assumed I wouldnt want the item I specifically sought after just because it was $300. I let her know I did my research so its clear I was okay with the price. Even though Im 25, I could buy 3 of those if I wanted to. I understand Burlington is a higher income area, but one should never assume someone cant afford something. She suggested an acu ball which I do not like as much as I thought I would but thats fine !
