This place has the worse business philosophy. They have a NO RETURN policy even on their new fixtures!!! I went there this past Saturday and they decided to close 2 hours early and even though they were still there, they wouldnt let me in and all I needed was ticket connectors which I was out of. No way .... they wouldnt budge even though they knew I had driven all the way from CAPE COD!!! The customer comes last at this place!!!!!

This place is great for new and used store fixtures. They had all the gridwall items I needed in stock and were very helpful. They are in a huge old warehouse building and had room after room of great used and some new store and office items. It is immediately off the highway and easy to get to. Im very glad I found this place and will be back.

I purchased two retail displays. They were delivered on time by two pleasant and professional young men. The units were cleaned and polished like new on delivery. I dont purchase anything before checking with BSI first. Knowledgeable, friendly, fair. What more can you ask of a supplier

Showed up at 10:30 on a Saturday. No one was here and no one answered the phone. Business hours posted says 10-2pm on Saturday. Not sure what happened. Another customer was there and same complaint.
