Ruined 3 brand new work related large posters. Dont laminate there. Copies are fine. Posters have to be reshipped with additional charges to replace. They said we cant help you now, we send out an email and let you know what corporate says. These posters were for business meeting this week. They tried to print out and laminate from a file on line at half the size of my original posters and the laminate machine rippled those as well. To replace the new material I brought into staples will cost me more than I had originally paid because site price is higher and there will be additional shipping costs. Lastly all 3 posters went through without anyone noticing the first one came out damaged. So all 3 damaged and un- repairable. So now I have small blurry wavy and large version of wrinkled, creased and bubbled posters for an important presentation to investors. I actually called ahead of time to make sure they could laminate gloss posters they said yes at staples Smithfield ri. So now I wait to see what they say via email.... Time will tell

This store is awful. I am a teacher, and trust me, Staples DOES not like teachers. They would not allow me to buy more than 25 folders for a cent, so I said, Im just going to get back in line, which they told me I wasnt allowed to do (not sure how that works, free country).So, I asked some customers to help a teacher out, which they all smiled and agreed. Suddenly, the manager storms out of his office and yells at me -- in a store full of people, for soliciting. Listen buddy, I buy ALL my own school supplies -- I just wanted them for a cent. He then proceeded to make me cry (in front of customers) and tell me he was going to kick me out of the store. VERY PROFESSIONAL...

If you Like to Drop your Packages Off, and Have them Stolen and Not shipped-And Find Out a Week later-This is your Place! How Hard is it?. Drop Packages Off, UPS Picks Up, And it goes Out??.. I understand -things get Lost in transit-But your Package isnt even guaranteed to be held and Picked Up properly. It Either the Store or the UPS Pickup. 300$ Plus Package. Stolen. Will never Go there again.

Dont bother going to the copy and print center there, or at least dont count on Allison for your documents to be copied correctly. I asked for a document to be scanned and put onto my flash drive and it wasnt there when i got back to my hotel. She was not very helpful when i called back to ask what happened.. Thanks for nothing, and your welcome for the 54 cent donation courtesy of me...

I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION AND HER ANSWER WAS UNCALLED FOR. SHE MUST BE RELATED TO SOMEONE IMPORTANT TO STILL HAVE THIS JOB. I WALKED OUT ON SATURDAY AND I WILL NOT BE WALKING BACK IN! It was ok, I went in for ink for my printer and didnt like being told that I should buy the XL after I told the sales person that the XL ink didnt fit my printer and the sales person still told me to buy it

Amazingly friendly manager... on a busy day before "back to school" the store manager helped us find a lot of things, as we were a first time school shoppers.
