TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I went to the copy center to get a document printed and lamanated, I asked how long it would take and she said 2 min to lamante. That was good news since I only had 15 min before I had to leave. Instead of printing the document for me she had me use the self serve machine and she went to Starbucks. The self serve machine wouldnt print my attachment, and when I tried to ask another rep to help me he literally turned his head and started a new conversation with a another employee, When I repeated my question he glanced at me and mumbled something. Thats when I gave up and decided to go elsewhere.

I went to this Staples after a bad experience in the Watertown Square store - the young man that helped me (his nameplate said Tamir) was really great - it was the last half hour before the store closed on a sunday night and they were pretty busy - yet this young man was professional, patient and very nice - he helped fix what the other store screwed up while also doing another big job. If this young man is up for a raise - he deserves it!

He explained what the problem was and went out of his way to get everything taken care of at no cost to me. Nothing but positive things to say about this store and staff.

Went in to buy a chair for my dad. Saw a sign for a chair at a good price but it was unclear which chair it referred to. Staff seemed to have no idea either. Later on they seemed suspicious of me shopping.
