Normally, I go to Staples in Somerville, MA. for school supplies for my kiddies and for printing. I NEVER bother any of the employees with questions, except for one day when the printme system wasnt working properly and I had to wait for over 2 hours. Not one employee, not even the manager, came to check on me. So I had to find out what was going on...so i talked to the manager, EDWARD WILK, he was very Sarcastic and Rude. He wasnt sensitive or sympathetic at all. He had a disgusting attitude with me. I had to remind him that I was a customer and he didnt care. Also, the manager, EDWARD WILK, laughed at me on the way out the door. What kind of managing is that? I will NOT return to this store again.

Awful customer service at the copy center and staff that are not knowledgeable about the products, orders, or options available to customers. I spent a half hour in line to place an order and ended up being instructed to place it online, in the store, which I could have done from home, but I wanted customer service. The entire process took 45 minutes, while I was holding my 8 month old. I was not even greeted while in line and worse, my order did not arrive when I was told it would. I highly recommend using another Staples location.

I needed to have a science presentation poster printed within the next day to meet a deadline. Mark was of great assistance and very patient with some formatting issues I had. Besides being very knowledgeable, he gave me advice on creating a more professional poster in the future. Although there were some technical difficulties with the printer, Mark ensured that my poster was printed on time, as promised. Thank you for your great service, Mark!

I really love shopping here for supplies. Its one of the best places and not only is it the best for their low prices, but it is also not far from my home. I mostly love shopping here for the back to school sales because a lot of stuff is just a couple of dollars. This place is really one of the best places this is my number one place to shop for school supplies before target.

Oh, wow! I like this Staples location. It is rock and roll locatino among Staples stores. Super good customer service. I enjoy coming here and buy paper clips and envelops. They have good scotch and double tape!

It was very nice. Walked around casually looking at prices on different things, looked for specific items. Was greeted by a couple of employees asking if we needed help with anything.

Most awful costumer service, first they said that they have paper and they can print it, after half an hour wasting my time they said their machine is busy and it takes 2 hours
