This place is nothing short of ASTOUNDING! Consistently. If I could rate with negative stars, I would give at least two. With the exception of Mike, who is awesome, and Dorothy, who can be great, this place is nothing short of a NIGHTMARE!!! Thereve been times Ive had to wait half an hour just to pay for things from the print center!!!!!!!!! On a Saturday night, no less. I recently ordered ONE copy and after 8 hours it was not ready. Similar situation again this week - I had to wait 20 minutes to get TWO copies which had been ordered over 9 hours earlier. On what planet are these folks???? Its a mystery. Many times there is just one person at the print center. But waiting 8-9 hours for one single copy? Really???? A manager once told me that the store didnt have the "resources" to provide good customer service. REALLY???? Again I ask, on what planet are they? Subsequently, I dealt with some Indian manager who told me that things would improve. Well, folks, rest assured that they havent. Things have gotten worse and no one really give a good god damn. Thats the truth. One can get better service in the third world. If this kind of service and managers who dont care, appeal to you, then by all means, go. If not, I would run for the hills. Mind boggling.

I liked the store until I use the bathroom. Was disgusting with yellow urine stains in the toilette bow and floor. The floor was very dirty and the sink was with black stains. I talked with the assistant manager and he said the bathroom was like that because the customers were disgusting people. Well if I am disgusting is better I do my business in other place. Thanks for nothing Staples. Shame on you !!!

Dorothy, from the Copy & Print Center is amazing! She helped us navigate the website over the phone so we could place our order. They were our wedding invitations so I was being very picky. The turn around time was so quick and the final product looked better than I could have imagined! Thank you!!
