Pressured my mother into getting her old laptop fixed for $450. She could have bought a brand new laptop. The salesmen here are looking to take advantage of people who dont know a lot about computers. She tried to say no and they bullied her into getting it fixed. My grandfather also came in here when his Kindle broke to get a new one. They set him up with the more expensive touch screen that he doesnt understand how to use because hes 90 years old. Make the longer trip to Best Buy, these people will take advantage of you.
