So many issues at this location, constantly told orders will be 5-10 minutes, when in actuality they take 30+ minutes, decided to call ahead to confirm when the order was ready for pick up and I was told that they didnt offer the option to call ahead, I had to come in to the store and wait. I would rather drive to Somersworth!

Once again Staples has come through for me. My mouse pad on my Toshiba lap top wasnt working and I called your store where I bought it to find out what to do to make it work. The technician I spoke to took 2 minutes to hear my issue and told me how to fix it in 10 seconds! Im happy and impressed. THANK YOU!!
