I dropped off a small copy job on Monday, they tell me the woman that is the best at making the Tabs for the 2 binders, I need for a company presentation, will work on the order on Tuesday. They asked if I could delay the pick up until Saturday to allow enough time to get my order complete. NO problem! I get a call at 9:30am on Saturday, the day Im scheduled to pick my order up and Im told "sorry we cant complete your printing order because we ran out of Tabs", and more wont be in until Wednesday. I decided to give this Staples a chance, even with the poor reviews from 1 year ago, shame on me. Compensation?, how do you compensate for a presentation you just made me look completely unprepared for at my corporate office? Horrible .... horrible Staples, not sure I will ever trust the Staples brand again. Moving onto Office Depot.

My mom had placed an order for a chair to be delivered to me in Quincy. Somehow they got the order mixed up and sent it to CT. The people at customer service sent me to this store, where they said they had credited us the same chair. When we got to the store, the Manager was so rude, as if he couldnt be bothered to deal with our "petty" issue...(short guy who looks like Steve Carrell from the office). He was rude, condescending and he wasnt very good at hiding his dismay of having to help us and his poor customer service skills.

This is THE WORST STAPLES IN AMERICA!!!!! Do not trust them with your copies - the workers are all incompetent and the management is sub-base!!!!! I went to scan a simple document and it took way too long and MARVIN the cashier disappeared during that time for about 20 minutes and left the customers standing in line. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STAPLES - FOLLOW ME AND REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!

For their print center, it appears that they changed their protocol, decided not to tell their customers about it, and then argue with them instead of actually getting the project done. Even calling corporate came up with a 10% off offer and a canned impersonal apology for the experience. Holy skippy, three whole dollars off!? Yeah, Im going back with my local guy.

Great staff. But the mgmt wont turn off the radio that is just blasting random static noises - so odd... yet the two sales associates were helpful and kind. Youd think staples would take better care of such good staff.

Just had me on hold for over 20 minutes to find some one in the building who could tell me whether or not they could give me a .pdf file from their scanners. I feel like that was fairly absurd.
