lost my business.... attitudes from the staff and no longer open late at night. lady tried to charge me 7.50 to resize an image.... it takes 3 seconds. i asked if thats a new policy as i have done that a hundred times over without a problem. some employees rolling theyre eyes but a charge never came up. she insisted it wasnt a new policy and made like she would do it for me "just this once" this is the very attitude i got in the past, minus the mention of a charge. i spend 10 dollars for 20 copies at 8.5x11 and the resize takes 3 seconds. tell me you arent making money i went to minute man press this time and got a hundred images per sheet instead of 6 ( because she wasnt being a dick)..... the quality is far superior and i didnt feel like i was asking for special treatment. safe to say i wont be doing business with fedex anymore. spent at least a grand with this place in the past year and even shipped something for 270 dollars not too long ago. real smart to let me go.

Always go in late at night after work. Id expect the customer service you feel when everyone could be tired, bored & rather be home. But everytime theyre smiling and making small talk. They are the epitome of what customer service should be like in any & every store, everywhere. They are genially happy to help you, not just the people that are just doing their job to pay their bills. Most welcoming and comfortable feeling
