No stars! Wanted to discuss my new business card. Ready to send files but wanted to discuss recommendations from them and had some questions...she replied "we do not discuss, you send the files we just print them" she claims that this is the way she has been doing it for the past five years and that is the way it was always done.

Love how they have a special counter for printer ink I have a masters degree and probably wouldnt be able to figure out which ink cartridge is mine without the help of the painfully slow printer ink finder Guy. Its printer ink not over the counter medication let me figure it out on my own!

I emailed the management of Staples and they told me they would talk to their employees about keeping the bathrooms clean. Next time I went in there, it was even worse. The stench in the bathroom was horrific. Ill never go there again.
