went in one hour before closing to get something scanned. I was told that they only had 2 workers - one at the cash register and one on the sales floor and that they did not have anyone available to scan a document. I suggested that the woman on the sales floor might want to scan the document since it is not very complicated and would take less than 5 minutes. The sales woman ( who I think was also the manger) told me that she could not leave the sales floor even though the store was pretty much empty. Nonetheless, the two workers did have time to eat pizza and leave the counter top of the copy center littered with the remains of their meal. They just did not have enough time to help a paying customer! Will not be going back!
