I received excellent sales support from Chris and John in P.C. Richard&Son location in Danbury CT. As my previous TV stopped working, I needed to buy a new TV for my home and tried to explore many options within Danbury area. P.C. Richard&Son had far better prices versus the competition, therefore I decided to purchase my TV from there. Initially I spoke to Chris (I believe he is also the store or sales manager). It was really a pleasant experience. I did not feel the regular "pushy" sales-man approach. He was very supportive and trying to help me to make a decision. For my budget, he recommended SONY XBR55X700D, however I didnt want to spend much on an unexpected expense and decided to go for a promotional/cheaper Samsung UN55KU6290 option. Chris helped me a lot with the purchase. Most of all, he was honest about the product. He mentioned why it was priced lower (Mainly due to Motion Blur). I took the TV home and he was right. I was unhappy with the product. I gave it a week however it didnt meet my expectations. Next week on Saturday I visited the store and met with Chris and Richard(Another Sales-man). They were extremely supportive with my request on exchanging the TV with a new one. This time I took my lesson and decided to spend more money for the quality that I want. I went with higher-end Sony TV (XBRX850D) and took it back home. Unfortunately this TV wasnt compatible with my European Computer and also didnt meet my expectations with contrast (Particularly around black colors) and remote usage. As I spent quite a lot of money on it, I didnt want to end up with a product which I am not satisfied with. Having back and forward calls with SONY didnt change the issues that I was having with the TV and I decided to pay another visit to P.C. Richard&Son store to replace it with a better one. This time John and Chris was there to support me. Once again, they were extremely helpful to accept my return and provide the product that I am very happy with. In Summary, I had great experience in P.C. Richard&Son not only because of the fact that the gentlemen that I listed above were very professional and supportive, but also they really cared about what their customer really wants and did their best to meet with my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with their help and definitely recommend this store to everyone.

So, I am in the process of moving and have decided in getting some new items for my home. Being that I never had a washer and dryer in my unit, and now I do, I really didnt know where to start. Coming into the store, I was greeted by an employee, Aaron. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! He compared the pros and cons of top load washers verses front load, which, to be honest, I didnt know there was much of a difference. However, with his explanations I was able to find the right one in which suited my needs. I was also looking for a new microwave, being that Ive had mine for quite some years and needed an upgrade. He explained the differences in sizes and even the amount of radiation that just microwaves can release; I honestly didnt know a difference until today!!! I couldnt be more content with the decision in which I have made. Walking away with a new microwave and washer and dryer!!! So excited. Ive been to one other PC Richards, but wont be going anywhere else, and definitely not talking to anyone but Aaron. THANK YOU!!!

Over the last month, we have shopped at every appliance store around -- even driving 40 miles to make sure we included them all. We finally chose P C Richard & Son as being the most accommodating (service, price, excellent extended warranty and financing.) We talked with four different sales people, each one with a different approach and personality. We finally picked Roshan because he was not only personable, but he actually listened and CARED! Wow! How refreshing! He was not a fast talker, he was not in our face with high-pressure "buy today, or lose the deal!" garbage. He was knowledgeable and when he didnt know the answer, he didnt wing it, he asked his manager (who also was good). He had a neat sense of humor and a big heart. Hes the best. The refrigerator was delivered on the day promised and the installers were wonderful. We would definitely recommend them to other folks. The only caution for P.C.Richard: Let the sales staff know that they do not own the customer just because they spoke with them once.

I had been searching for the perfect washer/dryer set for my new home when I happened upon this Danbury location of P. C. Richards. I went in with NO idea what to even start to look for - theres too much out there! I was helped by a wonderfully knowledgeable employee named Sue who helped explain all of my options to me with great detail. She compared products for me, and when I told her what exactly I was looking for in my ideal set she steered me to the products I actually ended up purchasing!! These types of things are overwhelming to me, as I dont know much in regard to them..but she truly helped make this an effortless and, if possible, even enjoyable purchase! I will MOST certainly be returning to this store, and will absolutely be looking to Sue for assistance each time I return. I thank her tremendously for her help in making this difficult decision quite easy for me. I dont ever write these reviews, but I always say I MUST give credit where credit is due!

Our recent experience at PC Richard & Son was both informative and stress-free. My husband and I visited the store for the first time to get prices and information on appliances for our kitchen renovation. We were assisted by salesman, Bill Bowers, who was at our sides for over an hour. Bill asked us questions to discover what we wanted/needed in our kitchen, provided us with specs and details that helped us make our decisions, and offered us options in price and brands. He was never pushy to get us to purchase the high end expensive products. He listened to us, showed us items on-line that were not on display in the store, and encouraged us to shop around. Needless to say we went back a week later and purchased our appliances from Bill and thanked him for all of his help and knowledge. He arranged delivery which was also a positive experience. We would recommend visiting Bill Bowers at PC Richards if you are looking for kitchen appliances.

I highly recommend going to PC Richards before you think of buying appliances or electronics anywhere else. Ive been going there for years and since I have a kitchen & bath showroom in Newburgh, NY, I also wind up sending a lot of my customers there to talk to Richie and AJ about kitchen appliances, home entertainment systems, and whatever else they would be in the market for. To a person, they always come back thanking me for referring them there and to tell me it was well worth the trip. The salespeople there are knowledgeable, but if the case ever arises that they dont know the answer to something, theyll take the time to find out for you. They seem to take pride in getting you exactly what youre looking for at the price youre looking for.
