Only leaving 1 star because i have to. I wouldnt give this store half a star. Went in to buy a refrigerator, before i walked 2 steps in the store you are bombarded by salesmen every which way. I said five times i am just looking. Looked around, finally found something I was interested in. The salesman is very pushy in trying to sell warranties. I then purchased the refrigerator in total on my debit card. We get home. Look at confirmation email, and see we have been charged for the wrong refrigerator. I immediately email the salesman personally stating this was wrong. (Mind you if the two salesman werent worried about who gets the sale this probably wouldnt have happened. I get everyone needs to eat but you also should maintain a certain level of professionalism). The following day the only email i have is a new invoice from the company saying i now owe another $500??!!? The salesman didnt bother to contact me via email or phone regarding his careless mistake. We immediately went to the store and requested a refund. The salesman who sold us the refrigerator was who we saw, my husband was angry and may not have handled the situation properly but the salesman instead of trying to calm the situation started antagonizing him and cursing back at him. Very unprofessional!!! Then he walked away to talk bad about us to 6 other salesman who are just standing around and made the situation even worse. He should have owned his mistake and gave us the correct refrigerator as it was listed last night. They also took the sticker off the refrigerator and claimed it was marked wrong. Well even better if it was marked wrong they should have honored that price. We were issued a refund that takes 14 business days to process ????? We paid with a debit card, and this should be issued immediately back to us. We are going to take our business elsewhere where the company goal is to help the customers not worry about commissions!!!

As someone who has been shopping at this store for years, I have to stop and take a minute to acknowledge the superior staff and service I have received. From Steve, GM, on down the entire chain of command, I have always been completely satisfied with the PC Bellmore team. I even have referred my mother and in-laws to them, and they delivered each time. My first staff member I encountered was Mike Mulligan, must have been 2009. I was a yougin then. Mike helped me select the ever important "beer fridge" which became a staple in my at the time "frat house." My life is ever changing and often times tumultuous, but I know my baby will be waiting for me with perfectly chilled beverages thanks to Mike. I have purchased many things from Mike and PC Bellmore over the years, and I have been satisfied every time. Mulligan was not at PC for a little while, but I am glad to see him back there as he truly is an asset to the organization. I am a business owner, descended from a long line of business owners. I see in Mike a great thing. He has almost ownership eyes for someone who isnt an owner. I can tell how deeply he cares about providing the best service to the consumer, and he also stays on top of everyone to make sure the sales floor runs like a machine. It really does. I basically look for reasons to buy things at PC because of Mike, Steve, and the entire staff there. In a time where many things are purchased with no service, online it makes me happy to see that good old fashioned customer service is still clearly on display at PC in Bellmore. As I conclude this, I am starting to itch for a new flat screen. "No. Stop. Down boy." -John

I had the most wonderful buying experience at this PC Richards with the salesman Garth. I suddenly found myself in need of both a refrigerator and a stove and all I could think was oh my God I cant afford this! Spending time with Garth looking at the many different brands of refrigerators and stoves and his knowledge of these products made by buying experience so much better! I never felt rushed and I felt like I was his most important customer. He advised me on products and warranties that would most serve me. He also advised me about the PC Richards credit card with the no interest for purchases which is great considering that I wasnt prepared to have to purchase bought these items at one time. So today I did make a purchase of both a refrigerator and a stove and the warrantees and put it all on PC Richards card. I would definitely use this PC Richard store again. Garth was incredible to work and the rest of the PC Richard staff were all friendly and courteous as well. I would definitely devise anyone who needs household appliances to shop at PC Richards in Bellmore New York!

Wonderful! I recently bought a TV from this location and it was such a pleasant experience. The young woman at the customer service desk was friendly and right on point- she found me help immediately. The salesperson was extremely knowledgable and steered me in the right direction in regards to which TV would work best for me based on my preferences and priorities. I did not feel forced or pushed to purchase anything, yet I walked out with a 65 inch Samsung TV! There was even a young man that opened the box and allowed me to check the TV before leaving the store with it! Then he wrapped it back in all that plastic and styrofoam like it wasnt even touched! He even loaded it into the car for me and I was on my way! PC Richard has been around so long because of people like them- they are what keep the customers coming back. Thanks PC Richard of Bellmore, my TV is perfect!

We have always purchased our appliances from PC Richard because of the service and our last experience is exactly why we do. My wife met with Shake at the Bellmore location and ordered a new refrigerator and double oven after only going there to look because of the deal she got on both. The refrigerator came first and was magnificent, until a small drip occurred from the water dispenser. We let Shake and his manager know and they instantly offered to send someone out THAT DAY to remedy the issue which they did. The wall oven came next and after an hour of installation, was found to be defective and it was the last one in stock. After voicing my displeasure to Shake, he offered an UPGRADED oven at no additional cost and again had it delivered, THE NEXT DAY. You can always buy something for less if you look hard enough, but great service isnt one of those things.

I have had many good experiences at this location specifically. I find that the salespeople are very knowledgeable here and dont just try to push the most expensive item on you. For the past few purchases I have used Mike Mulligan as my sales guy. He was very personable and took time with us. My mother in law was looking for a TV. She wanted a cheaper one. My wife and I wanted her to get a more expensive one that would last and be a "SmartTV" so she could have Netflix. Mike went out of his way to explain to her the difference and show her how the smart TVs worked. More importantly, he suggested one somewhere in the middle which made her feel comfortable and like she got a good deal. I would highly recommend going to this location and asking for Mike Mulligan. It will be worth your time and you will walk away feeling like you made the right purchase.
