Pretty bad experience. I went there around 4:50 to the fax machine. The employees in the area were held up by other customers. I went to the fax machine to fax 8 papers. I put in the number of the place in the machine and faxed the stuff. However, it took one paper one by one and gave 8 receipts. I was charged $12.78. This was not fair. They never even wrote the price on the machine and charged me way too much money for 8 papers for the same location. When I asked about it, they just sorry. I should have just refused to pay the money...just the 1.49 cents and the tax. Such a rip-off and not even helpful. Worst customer service ever. Ill never go back there again.

Walking into the store I noticed that it is one of the cleaner and well stocked Staples store that I have been in to. I would recommend going online and printing a coupon before going in because there is usually a 25 percent off coupon for office supplies. The best part of this store is there clearance stash. They move it around very often but if you are looking for it, they usually place it in the front of the store all the way to the right or in the back of the store all the way to the left.The only drawback of this store is there customer service one day I can walk in and it is spectacular and the next day it will be horrible. Great store would recommend

Very helpful staff..very clean and well stocked! Checkout process takes a little while though, but they assured me that the computer systems are very slow and apologized. I appreciate kindness in a state where it is rare to find. Would rather drive a little farther from home to go here than to be ignored at any other office supply chain. They really dont push anything you do not want on you, I felt that they were actually trying to help me get what was best for me not for the company..So it is a great store!

Best. Store. Ever. First, A+ customer service- I had many people offer to assist me in the short time I was there, even when the store looked fairly busy! Store is very well-stocked and clean. I am a frequent customer and every issue I have is resolved by managers with no added stress (they are extremely kind people). Cashiers are always happy and welcoming. Prices are fair, especially when the price match process is incredibly easy. I love shopping here, thank you Staples!

4 stars for the print job they did on my postcard. I know the print department cant gauge how busy itll be @ any given point so they occasionally seem understaffed in that area. Nonetheless they were courteous and very helpful. That is much appreciated. Watch for the weekly specials. Theyre worth it.

The work station area is always out of operation ie. the printer wont work, fax machine signal is busy, etc. the staff is curt and unhelpful. Everyone seems lost and confused. Would definitely recommend going to the Staples on Newtown Rd if you are in the area

Well stocked and great deals at front of the store, but the real plus is the staff in their technology department. They spend as much time as needed to answer questions and are thorough and knowledgable.

The clerk who checked us out was eating. She licked her fingers and then touched a legal pad I had just bought. Now I have her greasy print on my pad. Unprofessional at best
