This store has terrible customer service, shoddy replacement parts and poor workmanship. I was visiting my parents and had the screen on my iPhone 6 crack. I was in a bind and brought it here for the screen to be replaced. Though they completed the work very quickly, I can only assume it was due to how little effort was put into the replacement. The (replacement) screen was clearly different than the stock one, there is now an edge that wasnt there before (something I ignored at the time because I was just happy that it worked). I have also had terrible battery life since I got the phone back, not something I can wholeheartedly blame them for, but it does make me wonder. The real issue, though, is that I am back in CO a week later and the screen is FALLING OFF of the phone. When I called the store and asked what they planned to do about this their only suggestion was to mail the phone to them. Not having a phone for at least 3 days is not really a viable option. They wouldnt even consider a refund because they wanted their part back, even after I offered to mail them the part once I spend another $200 here to have it actually repaired. I would never do business here again and will steer everyone I know in the area away from this store. Trusting them with any repair job is asking to get ripped off.

I paid $120 for my iPhone 6s screen to be fixed. They fixed it and everything seemed fine and I was told that if something was wrong that I could come back within 30 days to get it fixed. I received no forms or anything on their policies just that within 30 days if something is wrong they will fix it. Less than a week later my phone started getting these weird shatter like bubbles on the edge of the screen. I went back in to have them fix it and tell me its from "moisture" and they dont cover that. I told him I didnt understand and that it had only been a week and Im not sure how moisture could have gotten into my phone screen. After that the salesman continued to tell me that new screens arent like regular iPhone screens and they are more sensitive. Which I was not told upon leaving a week prior with my new screen. I was not told or informed of this policy or told to go online to view their policies. The salesman assured me if ANYTHING goes wrong within the next 30 days they will fix it. So I did not pay to have them fix it again and ever since Ive been having issues with the screen. My phone is in a lifeproof case and it has still cracked since getting fixed. Their screens are poor quality on top of their customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

An altogether superb experience! The screen cracked on my wifes iPad Mini, and it needed to be replaced. I did my usual extensive online research and -- based on others reviews I decided to see what RepairXpert in Port Chester was like. It was a good choice. I took the iPad in on Monday. They had the new screen in stock. The price was right (dont forget to ask for your $10 discount), and the representative who took care of me was charming, helpful, and had a good humor. I asked when it would be ready and was told that there were two repairs ahead of me, and theyd get to mine immediately thereafter. Hopefully it would be ready later on Monday -- if not, Tuesday. Monday afternoon they called to get the password -- obviously the new screen had been installed and they were in test-mode. It was ready late on Monday, but I couldnt pick it up, so I waited until Tuesday morning to go and get it. Two different reps took care of me on Tuesday. Both were friendly. Each had a good sense of humor. I wish all establishments were as pleasant. I have nothing but good things to say about RepairXpert and my experience. It simply couldnt have been better. If I ever need any device repaired, this is where Ill go. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Yo estava en busca de una tienda que pudiera reparar mi iphone 4s cuando se me rompio la pantalla y fui tan afortunada en encontrar esta tienda porque me dieron el mas mejor precio que yo pudiera haber encontrado. Dejaron mi telefono como nuevo en solo 30 minutos. El personal es muy eficiente y respetuoso. Y dan los mejores percios y lo mejor de todo me ayudaron a salirme de mi contranto de dos anos con verizon. En lugar de pagar 120 al mes ahora solo pago 55 dolares al mes y mi telefono sirve en cual parte del mundo . Gracias repairxpert.

My sons iphone 5 (I purchased new from Amazon) had black screen (very little light) after less than a years use. I took it to ubreakifix shop in Mount Kisco, they told me changing the screen did not fix it, so the problem must be the motherboard and I better get a new phone. I let the phone sit on the window sill for 2 years. Then one day I decided to try to repair it for my second child to use. I did web search and found RepairXpert with great customer reviews. I called and found George, a most experienced technician at RepairXpert. He took my phone and told me that he would attempt to fix the backlight issue (it involves high precision equipment and skills). A few weeks later he called me, the phone is fixed. And the cost? Only $100 (a new replacement phone would cost me $300+). I am so happy with the friendly service and superb expertise at this shop. I would highly recommend this repair shop to any friends who might need their electronics repaired. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

After paying $100 after stating clearly on there website and on an on line that with it would cost me $80, they went ahead to fix my iphone. I left the shop with a weird screen on top, but trusted that it will be protective. When knocking it gently, in my pocket I notice the whole corner has smashed in. The screen was fixed so badly, that my friend had to pop in the screen on one side, peel off the top to see its pulled off the glass underneath. When going back in 2 days late, I explain to the manager who continued to say it was sue to hight impact, and he wouldnt even speak to me directly in my eyes. Before he even looked at the phone he refused to help and I have wasted a lot of money into the phone that I dont have. The fact that it was 2 days later and I had a receipt is also unacceptable and the thing he said was ill fix it for $90. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
