We had an interesting experience shopping this location. This review will recap both the good and the bad. We eventually worked with a young lady named Vanessa in the Mattress department. She was well trained and definitely able to communicate well with us. She did not rush us and she made sure that we were happy with every aspect of our purchase. Vanessa went to bat for us with Management (Mike Barletta) in terms of pricing and other arrangements that needed to be made both in the store and with regard to delivery. The first employee (Male, name unknown) that we spoke with was completely unable to answer our questions or assist us in a proper manner. We almost left the store because of the unresponsive staff. Then Vanessa came into the area and suddenly we were getting answers. Delivery was scheduled for 7/9/17. Said delivery did not go exactly as expected. The delivery men were 75 minutes late. When they arrived they were only able to successfully deliver 1/2 of our order. We ordered 2 mattresses. Mike Barletta was quick to respond to the problem. He ordered different delivery men to come to our house two days later and sure enough delivery was completed. So in short, Vanessa and Mike were great. Everyone else not so much.

My family and I currently reside in Pennsylvania. We made a short visit to New York and decided to visit PC Richards Old Country Road, Garden City location because we were in the market to purchase another television. We were serviced by Vanessa. Her approach to customer service was beyond fantastic. She listened to out needs and provided us with exceptional quality service. Upon speaking with her manager we purchased a television on the spot due to the wonderful deal that we were presented with. She also enrolled us in the VIP Club after giving us a wonderful demonstration of the mattresses and pillows they offer. We found that in the near future we will be making another large purchas with Vanessa by upgrading our bedroom set to a king size set of mattresses from her location. Her service is well worth a trip to New York. Thank you Vanessa for making us feel so welcomed at your establishment and we look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

We went to several stores shopping for a mattress and we ended up at p.c richard & son located on old country rd. My wife and I were a little hesitant at first since we know pc richards as a appliance store and not a mattress store but we were very surprised on how educated the staff were about the mattresss and answering all of our questions and to top off they had more selection and brand names than the so called mattress stores. we were happy with the selection and brands at the store but what made it a effortless decision to purchase our mattress at the store was the manager (Mike Barletta) helping us who went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. over all Mike helped us with everything and even called us the next day after we got our mattress to make sure everything went smoothly. im definitely recommending all my family and friends to pc richards for all their mattress needs. good job guys

P.C. Richards has always been known for 2 very important things: (1)comprehensive, top-brand electronics selection, from air conditioners and refrigerators to car stereo systems and A/V receivers; and (2) for their knowledgeable, helpful sales people. This location is the epitome of these qualities, especially the expert assistance my family and I received from Joe Jolly, Senior Sales Associate! On recent trips to Carle Place, we purchased a Samsung Note Pro 12.2, an HP Envy laptop and an HP 27" HD Monitor. Not only did we receive excellent advice on the best products to suit our needs, but we were also delighted to know the sticker prices were very good compared to to other stores--brick n mortar or online! To top it off, we didnt have to lug everything back home to the City--we could have the items shipped to our door or pick them up at our local P.C. Richards. Excellent service, great selection--I will be back!!

When I had a problem with my Friedrich wall master air conditioner recently, I went to the store where I purchased it--P.C. Richards, Carle Place.. The manager who greeted me, Mike Donnelly, was in the process of helping another customer but he referred me to Todd Costello, vice president, who happened to be in the store that day. He immediately got to the root of my problem and resolved it with the help of Joe Lombardi, manager. These gentlemen were supper professional, courteous and could not be more helpful. I give P.C. Richards, Carle Place, NY a 5 star rating for their customer service, customer satisfaction, and generosity of good will. My experience was over the top. Thanks all for making my day and my experience with you unforgettable.!!!

PC Richards has always been my favorite electronics and appliance store but I recently had to purchase all new appliances for my home and with all the options out there, and new technology, I was overwhelmed by the options. I went into PC Richards in Carle Place and have to say I was incredibly satisfied and grateful for my experience. They took their time to go over the pros and cons of appliances I selected, as well as providing general and honest information from their own experience. I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to them I know I made the right selections for my home and couldnt be any happier. I definitely recommend the Carle Place location the entire process went smoother than I could have ever expected.

I always shop at this P.C. Richards store. Purchased my Mac book, car stereo, & SLR camera. Recently I bought a TV here Dec.2016 at a great holiday price, with warranty. Six months later, June 2017, I accidentally physically damaged my 40in TV, which voided my warranty, but I went into the store to see if anything could be done. I was told it cost more too to fix, than the TV cost. So I left disappointed. I really needed a TV, so I went in to buy any 32in that I could afford. But sales associate Vanessa Heyer wanted to help and get me exactly what I had before. Between Vanessa and Joe L., I got the same 40in TV, that I had before, at a great price. This is truly old school customer service. This is how you keep customers coming back!

I just purchased my first home and needed to buy all new appliances and electronics. I love a good deal, so my go to store is Costco. But they lack options. So I searched all over the internet for the best deals I could find, and ended up at PC Richards. I decided to stop in at my local PC Richards, just to look around and ask some questions. And I ended up buying everything from them, that day. They were beyond helpful, and knowledgeable about which appliances and electronics were worth the price tag and which werent. If you want to feel confident about your purchase, and know you got the best deal out there, or just get educated on what your options are, I recommend coming to PC Richards in Carle Place.

I have dealt with PC Richard & Son and their sales representatives and in particular Michael Donnelly for around 20 years. Through the years I have purchased major appliances for 2 kitchens, washers and dryers, big screen TVs, laptop computers and cameras. I have always received the best prices and service. Whether it was a big purchase (I recently redesigned my kitchen) or one of my sons needing a TV for the college dorm room I have always gotten the best prices and courteous service. Service does not end with the sale either. If I needed a repair or service call PC Richard helped with that as well. I have also confidently recommended them to friends and relatives.
